Wonderful rice cooker. Makes perfect rice every time. Far superior to others I’ve tried. Easy to program. Handle is a great feature as is the spoon holder. However, the steamer function and basket seem to be basically useless. I’ll probably just ignore them and continue steaming on my stove top. I had questions before I bought and Zojirushi customer service was great about answering them. All in all, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

makes excellent rice. super easy to use. quick mode can cut time in half. push and forget about it until ready. recommends cleaning the rice bowl and top plate after every use

The rice cooker is all they say and then some. Perfect rice every time. While I make my entry my rice is cooking. So easy to use and the music plays when you start your rice and when it is done. Keeps it warm with out drying it out. Totally recommend it. Even if it’s gonna be your first rice cooker this one is perfect, I promise. All you do: put the cups of rice in pot rinse 2 to 3 times add the water to the number close it and go the menu to the right rice you are cooking, press start and it does the rest. Easy!
Only 1 thing, in my package it was missing the rice cup. But I had one of my own. Works good.

I’ve owned this for a few weeks now and used it quite a few times due to the holidays. What can you really say – it makes rice. I will say that the inner pot cleans very, very easily. I trust the Zojirushi brand reputation so hopefully this rice cooker (my first by them) will last me a lifetime.
