    Ordering these always seems like a gamble. The top lip always seems to be cracked on at least 1 in the box. But I love you don’t have to soak these

    I love zero water filtration system. I did a ton of research on the different water pitcher systems a long time ago, I decided on zero water and have not been disappointed. The extra charcoal filter works wonders. I think they are a little pricey but usually try to spend my best buy rewards towards purchasing them to make them feel like a better value for me. Highly recommend.

    These were not new items. These were not in company packaging. They were apparently “refurbished” or reused items from Mexico and I don’t appreciate paying full price for this. I am done with Best Buy.

    I had been happily using zero water since last 1 year and recently switched to Brita due to cost. Water from brita tasted weird and I immediately switched back to zero water. Though zero water is expensive that Brita but the quality of water is far far better than Brita

    Have 2 zero water pitchers, so I like to purchase 4 at a time. They work well, but vegas water is pretty harsh and they usually last 3-5 weeks. Definitely dump the first batch of water, after that you’re good!

    I finally got around to opening the filters I picked up from the store 17 days ago. As I used ZeroWater for a long time, I know it will be kept. However, when I first opened it, the filter and cover had water residue. Further, after I filled the water and tasted it, it tasted funny, which led me to test the water, and it read 114 on the indicator!!! It’s a used filter!!

    Received 4 individual filters in a Best Buy shipping box instead of a box of 4 zero filters, packed by zero water! While I received what I paid for “4 filers”, 2 out of 4 kept reading high, so I returned the “set of 4” purchased some from a local grocery store and read 0

    I have looked long and hard for the best water filter and ZeroWater is hands above the rest. You have to buy them in bulk to get the best deals and a sale is also helpful.
