    Love this built in wine fridge. Very high quality. Three color options is a nice plus. White looks very high end. Keeps beverages nice and cold and is very quiet.

    We love the zephyr mini frig. What we like is that fact you have plenty of shelves for storing soft drinks and two shelves for wine. You can use the shelves to keep salads cold if you run out of room in your regular refrig!!

    Less than a month after install and the fridge has stopped working. Giving a 2 just because the fridge looks nice. Waiting on a tech to come out and “look at it.”

    This unit lasted 8 months before it failed to hold temperature. I tried calling and selecting the option to have them call me back…they never called. So I wasted an hour and a half, waiting on their phone queue. The first time, the rep said hello, I said hello and the call disconnected. The second time I got a rep for a total of an hour and a half for the two calls.

    The rep did everything he could to avoid scheduling service. First he said I had to register online. I asked him to wait while I did that. To that he told me it takes a couple of hours for that to occur. He also told me to do a “hard reset”; unplug the fridge, wait three hours and plug it back in. I asked why? He said that’s to ensure that all energy is drained from the motherboard.

    That is absurd. I think he just wanted to get me off the call hoping I would not call back.

    Let’s say for the sake of discussion that I am wrong and the product really needs to be periodically unplugged for three hours. Seriously, a control-alt-delete for a refrigerator? Not really, it’s much worse. It requires you empty the fridge, slide it out from under the counter, unplug it, wait for at least three hours, plug it back in and wait hours to see if it worked. Then you get to sit on the phone for an hour or so to tell them what happened.

    My suspicion is that the three-hour wait will allow everything to settle resulting in better performance for a while. This might make you believe the problem is solved. The hope is to avoid fixing your fridge.

    Avoid this company. I would say because they don’t know what they are doing, but from the reps handing of the situation, my opinion is they know exactly what they are doing.

    Fool me once…I’ll never buy anything from them again.

    This product was delivered in Sep 2020 and installed in November. I had problems within a few months. Started beeping and displaying “HI” error code. I spend over 2 hours between hold, registering the warranty and speaking with a rep who would not do anything until I shut down the unit for 24 hours to do a hard reset. This unit is built-in so I have to shut it down at the breaker. Anyway, that did not work, so I put in an online request for them to contact me. Never heard from them. I then called over and over, but the wait times are so long I have to keep hanging up and calling back. You leave a message and they do not call you back. My original problem has never been solved, but now I am receiving error code E3. I am currently sitting on hold, I am at 25 minutes so far as my warranty for labor will be up in September and I truly believe they just want to avoid you until the warranty is up. After review, there are many people with these kinds of error message and temperature issues. So, they know they have a bad product.

    Very happy with the cooler so far. We’ll packaged. Looks great. Cools as advertised. Not sure I’d ever use three different color light options (went w/ blue), but I suppose it’s a plus. I’m not a big “extended warranty” person but went ahead and got it since some others reported issues.

    This refrigerator was recommended to us by a BestBuy associate. We were planning to buy a chipper model but it was worthwhile to spend extra money on Zephyr. It look good and very quite.

    I’ve had several under the counter refreshment centers: U-Line, Sub-Zero, Insigna, and now this one. This unit is as quiet as the U-Line and Sub-Zero, and significantly much quieter than the Insigna. The interior blue light is very nice. I purchased the unit about 1 month ago and so far everything has gone very well. I opted to buy the extended warranty due to other reviews. Based on experience so far, I would certainly buy this brand again and strongly recommend this product.

    Super quiet and efficient. It holds a TON of beverages (I can’t keep it stocked). The shelving slides out nicely. I was afraid the bottles would shift on the glass, but they don’t. All around very happy. I hope it is durable and lasts a long time.

    I like everything about the fridge except one thing that has ruined it. When the door is closed and the compressor is off, the fan makes a pulsing, whirling sound that is extremely annoying. (Think about the rowing machine at the gym and the pulsing the fan makes as you row.) I don’t know if my unit is defective or if the fan is just really poorly designed. Why does it pulse? Can’t it just stay on at a low speed?

    This was more expensive than we had imagined it would be. Nonewithstanding, it has turned out to be an excellent product. It has plenty of space and it can accomodate cans, bottles and pitchers of various sizes. If i can offer any criticism, i would like to see a small shelf for things like olives and bottles of hot sauce.

    Well built. Stays cool and quiet.
    We had no problem fitting a bunch of drinks and keeping them all cool in this wine cooler fridge. The wooden wine rack is a really nice touch and has gotten lots of compliments from guests since we put it in.

    The metal finish is very clean and the selection of built in lights are very nice. We like to keep it on Orange Yellow.
    You can adjust the light to turn off when the wine cooler is closed, but you can also set it to be on all the time — flexible depending on the occasion.
