I bought this in the store and had one of the cell phone area employees install it on my phone. When I left the store it was on the phone in perfect condition. Very smooth and no bumps. However a few days later I noticed that there is a flaw in the material and now there seems to be a bump in the protector sheet. I don’t know if the sheet came loose long enough for a piece of dirt to get under it or what happened. But there is now a little bubble wehre that piee of dirt is.

Last instruction is to remove the top layer with the tabs but there was no top layer! The tabs coming off just ripped the screen protector. All that after dealing with the guide not actually lining up. I usually like Zagg but this was hands down the worst screen protector I’ve ever tried installing

I only gave this item 4 points because it blocks my ability to use my fingerprint on my new Samsung phone. I did not expect this to be an issue. If you plan on using this feature, you might want to look for another option. Other than that, it is okay.
