Ok ..I have had this ice machine for about 2 years now…I have used it every weekend ..fri and sat.then i turn it off…it has ran absolutely perfect…. makes ice pretty quickly.. It was a perfect size to fit underneath my bar I would recommend to anyone looking for one!!!

So dumb. When the bin is full, it not only stops making ice (which I want to avoid overflow) but it TURNS ITSELF OFF. This means that your ice melts!! There is nothing in the description that says this, and it is the dumbest feature I’ve ever seen. So you make ice, but if you don’t use it right away, it melts.

We purchased our ice maker a year ago. Recently the unit started shutting down after getting full, and then would not restart until it was shut off and turned back on. Then, it quit altogether. The company recommended a new power control board, which I purchased and installed. It made one container of ice, and shut down and will not run. The company has not been responsive to me when I tried contacting them. We paid way too much to have a machine that failed after one year.

We purchased this ice maker for our company roughly 2 years ago. After just over 1 year, the unit completely died. Thankfully we purchased an extended warranty, and the unit was replaced. Now, the replacement unit is flooding the ice basket with water and not making ice. This is inexcusable! 2 units go bad in 2 years? To make things worse, I waited on the phone for over a half hour and never was able to speak to anyone. My only other option was to send an email, or leave a voicemail. Poor product and poor customer service.
