    It is ok. but the old version I had was better in changing the temperature for ovens. This you have to cancel and always start all over instead have an arow to make it easy.

    I would give a ZERO star for its quality. Ours broke in 2 1/2 months after purchase while simmering pasta sauce. Then the glass top cracked again 2 months later. We are now stuck with a broken glasstop as the replacement parts are on backorder. Things are made in poor quality. I had my previous one for 13 years, never once had any issues. I WOULD NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS ever again.

    Had a problem with delivery of a new stove. They shipped and it was severely damaged. It took six calls to get it right.

    Great oven, except for the lower oven door hits the floor when you open it. Sadly, it’s the largest of the two and the one you use the most. Otherwise love it for making pizzas etc or the holidays.

    Good brand but I wish the surface wouldn’t stain scratch often. I think Whirlpool should invest in a better – scratches resistant grass surface.

    The best oven I’ve purchased lately. Still relatively new to give a full review, but does everything it said it could do. My only complaint would be is that even on the lowest settings water will still boil on the stovetop.

    I was initially very pleased with this unit, which we purchased in November 2020. However, the plastic handle on the top oven broke when we tried to move the oven away from the wall.

    Works well easy to use .nice being able to cook 2 things at once. Miss the lower drawer. Not as much room for plug to slide in without drawer

    Good looking stove. Cooks well. However you have to do something to get “Rapid Preheating” for the ovens. I still haven’t figured out how to do that. WHY should I have to ask for rapid preheating.
    Shouldn’t that be an automatic process?????

    We purchased this oven after comparing two others at the store. What it has to offer, its appearance and reviews were all to our liking. The double oven for us works because our family doesn’t have the need for one big oven (use) but rather a smaller. After bringing this bad boy home and putting her to use…… we were totally satisfied! I read some complaints about the glass top, all we can say is most other ovens had the same issue of scratching on theirs. The multi size burners help the wife pick what she needs and is able to to that while using the front burners. If you have the time, our suggestion would be to visit BB, see the oven, compare and pull the trigger on what works best for your family.

    This range has served me well over the years. Purchased in 2016, and it still works perfectly. The Double Oven has been a must, especially on holidays. It’s the next best thing to having a built-in double oven. The top range is excellent for smaller meals and casseroles.

    So easy to use. Heats up very fast and hot. The upper oven is amazing, everyone who sees it thinks “What a great idea”. Installed on Tuesday this is Saturday have used every day since I have had it. As we are older ladies it is perfect for everyday meals and in this terribly hot weather doesn’t heat the whole kitchen.

    This double oven is quite good. It’s really good. Yes, it is much cheaper than Kitchen Aid, but Whirlpool and Kitchen Aid are the same company. The only difference between the brands is aesthetic; otherwise, you are getting all the same parts. The operation is very simple, and you get a very good even cook. I highly recommend it if you want a new range at a lower cost compared to other brands.

    So far, we’ve been very happy with it. I like having two ovens. It’s taken us some time to get used to the temperature settings, especially on the smaller top oven, but that would be with any oven. Overall, I would give it good marks.

    We love our new range. The extra big burners get water to boiling very fast. Love the convection on the bottom oven, but probably use the smaller ocen 80 % of the time. It pre-heats real fast and cooks evenly without taking so much power. The cook from frozen feature is great also

    Beautiful but the elements stopped working at year two. Best Buy’s warranty missed two appointments and gave zero resolutions to the issue other than asking me to miss a third day of work. Best Buy has failed me and my family. We have a non-working range that we purchased a warranty for. The warranty is worthless as Best Buy can’t get anyone out to reliable to come to assess what is wrong with it, let alone repair it. Definitely can’t get Best Buy to replace it and they will not provide the number for the warranty company.

    I bought the stove because I like the idea of having the two ovens. The stove is just OK if I had to do it again I might’ve tried to get a more upgraded one than the one I got. But I do like the two ovens. The three stars are for the stove.
    My review, however, is the Best Buy warranty that I purchased. I purchased a five-year warranty I would never purchase a warranty again from Best Buy. In the past many years ago when you purchased a warranty from Best Buy, they serviced everything on your appliance you didn’t have to pay anything more. I just called the Geek Squad to get service on the stove and was told that I would have to pay $124.99 just to have the technician to come out even though I’m under warranty. Save your money people don’t expect Best Buy to do what you paid for.

    Multiple burner sizes are so helpful-one burner has 3 sizes, another burner has 2 – great for meals requiring larger pans. Both ovens heat up quickly and bake evenly.

    I have only had this product for a short time but so far I love it, It looks great, matches the other appliances in my kitchen. Its easy to use and the double ovens makes everything much simpler, and saves me a lot of time especially on holidays when family is visiting.
