Brand new purchased from whirlpool site . Washer first time use got hung up with 9 min remaining on wash cycle . Never stops . 90% of time washing gets stuck with 9 min left and never shuts off unless cycle cancelled . Scheduling service already . Not pleased . Must be a electrical fault or error and will see if they can fix or replace the washer with a New one . Never completes a wash cycle . Disappointing

Just replaced our 15 year old Whirlpool with this one. The color is similar to a matte black. Nice change from the white we had. The load and go is a very nice feature. Machine is quiet. Wi-fi setup could be better or simpler. The touch screen takes a little to get use to at first. Especially when you’re coming from an old knob and buttons machine. Good looking washer.

My second after my washer died after nearly 15 years ( Samsung vrt cherry red) the mother board contracted COVID literally during the beginning of public know that we were in a crisis!
This washer is quite and upgrade.. but I’m not sure if the bells and whistles are all that, they can be a li annoying after a while. The phone notifications is a good feature but not truly necessary, idk ? Touch screen can be a hassle especially if u have to use it opposed to using your phone to ask the washer to perform certain cleaning task… nevertheless, this is a great cleaning machine, is quiet and it’s loaded with a ton of good features like fresh air and an interior light

We just got our washer delivered. No damage. The guys that delivered were friendly, took great care of our appliances, and gave us a business card at the end and informed us to call if we have any problems or notice anything wrong with any of the appliances.
The customer service from ordering (in store – South Bend, IN location) to the delivery has been amazing!

Overall, I am satisfied with this washer. The color is great. I love the load-and-go which saves time. However, the user interface is small. I also do not like having to enable the Internet each time the door is opened in order to control the washer remotely.

This is a huge monster machine. It seems to get your clothes clean, which is more than I can say for the top loaders. The clothes actually move around with water and soap, as opposed to with the top loaders, in which they barely move at all.

Do not purchase this washer! Purchased Sep 2020 stopped working Feb 2022. Called a certified Whirlpool technician and was told this model was a field strap and should have not been sold (basically I bought a used washer at full price over $1500 w/pedestal)

It does well washing the clothes also pretty rooming for couple blankets to wash together but was a little complicated to adjust and start running as is a touch screen model washer . We had a problem setting it up to the wifi and were unable to set it up with the wifi service so we are just using it manually we just bought it a week ago so we have not yet encounter a problem
