Washer has a bulk dispenser that lets you fill and then do multiple loads until it notifies you to fill again. Saves time, hassle, and mess every load without needing to lug the heavy soap bottle around. Also has a wash and dry cycle so i can dry uniforms right in the washer! Also, the dryer came with a rack like the old days. We use for delicates, sweaters, shoes etc. that we don’t want to save on wear from tumbling.

got my washer and dryer reviews backwards so this is dryer review…Ran first load today after installation and omg I am so happy! Load included two entire sets of queen sized sheets, two bath towels, two hand towels and a beach towel. would have taken my old dryer 2-3 cycles and several hours to get that all dry (I wouldnt have even attempted it actually). this dryer had it all done in 45 minutes! came out fresh, dry, and not all twisted up.

$1000.00 washer broken in less than 30 days. Purchased on 6/6/19 worked great until 6/28/19. Door refused to latch close. Report problem to Whirlpool warranty support on 6/28/19. 7/2/19 Whirlpool assigned repair tech came out and diagnosed problem as bad door latch module. Had to special order part. Tech said part would take 3-5 day to come in. Still waiting for tech response on eta. Today is 7/5/19. I been to a laundromat twice since then. I can think of better things I could be doing with my time and money. Questionable purchase. Not a great start.

I haven’t had this washer very long and already experienced an error (ob – out of balance) on a small load of delicates. Clothes are coming out clean, but I haven’t put it to the test either. I haven’t been able to use all the features available yet. Unfortunately, the matching dryer is defective & this set it going back to BB ASAP. The bin is large and impressive and there are many neat features.

The salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable and handled everything very quickly and efficiently. Its big enough for big loads and so many options but we have to remind ourselves to open the door and the soap compartment after every wash to avoid mold.

So far my new Whirlpool washer is working fine. I haven’t had a new one for 16 years, so I am slowly adjusting to the more techie version. It seems like the wash time determined by the washer after sensing the load is long, but it may not be the final actual time, especially if I have a load of 12 small items – 1 hour? I haven’t tried the steam setting yet. I did use the clean cycle which is new to me…but makes sense. So far the washer does a good job cleaning my clothes. I just wish the instruction manual had more information about the washer and its many cycles. I did look online and found some information and contacted Whirlpool. The company was very quick to respond with good information.
My purchase date was May 2020 but I didn’t receive the washer until August 2020. I assume COVID-19 had a lot to do with that. I was just thankful the old washer was working until the new one was delivered.

Came with hose hanging out and no one could fix or lookat it Load and go broke. Told to call whirlpool and they were treating would cost money wanted to Mail a drawer and I should install. I bought new .Should not have to fix at 75. Called son and was a hose that came dislodged prolly in transport .He fixed in 5 minutes. Whirlpool was very poor.
