Waited over 6 weeks for this to arrive and it was a total let down. Our fridge had arrived a couple of weeks prior with a broken bin and now our range showed up with a dent on the side which I only noticed after pulling out to try to level the range properly (techs sloppy). Then noticed the poor build quality when I took my level to the top of the control panel board as it wasn’t aligned correctly with the body of the range. The sensi-temp coils are another let down. Taking forever just to boil water. Overall a bad experience ordering 4 kitchen items from BestBuy after multiple delivery appointments, long wait times, and damaged items.

So far I’m pleased with my new range. I have always had GE appliances and it was a little strange at first getting used to this whirlpool. Other than the storage draw being really flimsy, my only other complaint would be that large heating element in the front is on the left side verses the right side. That’s gonna take some getting used to because I’m right handed. But overall so far it seems to be performing really well.
