    Got this so called commercial unit recently but it broke down last week. I replaced an aging unit that was working perfectly for the sake of my tenants. Will have to call a Whirlpool repair person since there is a one year warranty.
    Not happy.

    I bought this for my apartment building, works great, make sure to read instructions for changing $ amount on coin slot, instructions booklet are not great, look at you tube video to understand, once you get it, very easy to increase from $1.50 (that is what came with machine) to $1.75 or $2

    Wish I had a 100 of these working 24/7 it is better then a pin ball machine because people have to wash their dirty laundry, nobody has to play pin ball. HAHA all kidding aside works well and is priced right.

    We bought this machine for our condo building. We have just one washer and one dryer. None of us has experience in maintaining this equipment. But, our options for a coin operated washer are limited, and this seems to be the least objectionable option. It’s finicky. If you adjust settings or open the lid after the cycle starts, you risk the machine stopping in the middle of the cycle. Then you need to reset it with one of several obscure reset procedures. Our last one broke down after just over three years.
    Also, the installation process was incredibly frustrating and stressful. It took four appointments and several lengthy phone calls to Best Buy. Best Buy assured me over the phone each time, and confirmed with me on separate phone calls, that the installers would do what was needed (move our dryer and disconnect our old washer) to install our new washer. But the Best Buy representatives made promises that the third party installers could not keep. I probably won’t buy from Best Buy again in the future.

    The washer works well and our tenants appreciate having a washer on premise. While it won’t pay for itself with only a couple people using it, it does help pay the water bill. From everything the tenants tell us, it works perfectly, it’s quiet, and cleans quickly.

    Previous model of this washer lasted more than 4 years before the motor started leaking oil. This new one seems to work well so far. Also bought the geek squad insurance this time. Hopefully it will be worth it when the time comes.

    The washer had some water in it when it was dropped off but delivery driver said it was because they tested it at the factory to ensure it works.

    This seems to be one of the cheapest coin operated washers. So I can’t really complain about the price or recommend it because I don’t have anything similar to compare it to. However I wished the parts would be more sturdy and the washer survive longer than 4+ years.

    The laundry washer and dryer worked great as advertised. The process was seamless, however…the only problem was that the coinbox can only go up to $2 max for each machine. This is problematic since after doing all the math, I would need at least $4 per use to cover utility expensive. Overall great product but coin box should be improved.

    Horrible quality. The unit started having water leaks under the unit two weeks after I installed it. Tried calling technician under warranty and it took 1 hour for them to pick up and in the end they still can’t come out to inspect.
