Amazing fridge! Has a lot more space than the old fridge most definitely and we really like how the ice comes out from the ice machine. There’s seriously a big difference. Highly recommend for those who want a good sized refrigerator with lots of space this one would be it! 10/10 for me.

Item is what we expected. Plenty of room inside. Only issue that I have is that the water dispenser is not very large and therefore cannot fit some of my water bottles.

The ice maker/dispenser in our unit has been an issue. It failed once during the warranty period, and has failed again out-of-warranty after less than two years of ownership. Disappointed in the quality at this price point. The design is nice, and the fridge part has worked great.
I would recommend if it had a longer warranty.

Bought GE Profile, and after 4 days was not happy with noise, space, etc. Best Buy helped us find this refrigerator, delivered and picked up GE for no extra charge. This fridge was $800 less, so they refunded the difference. Love Best Buy. I really like this new refrigerator. Nice amount of space, separate ice and water and the ice maker is in the refrigerator so it makes more ice than the new “in the door” ice makers.

It failed after 1 month of purchase. It constantly beeps for no reason (every 30 seconds or less). It does not make ice. It does not keep the freezer…well, frozen. For the price, it does not feel like good quality – very plastic-y. But the worst thing… Whirlpool DOES NOT stand behind its products. It seems like they know this happens since they keep on sending technicians to “fix” a now 2-month-old fridge. Fix? This doesn’t need fixing, this is clearly defective from the factory. Well…Whirlpool will NOT replace it for a new one because replacement is not covered under warranty. Stay away from this, and Whirlpool for that matter. TERRIBLE customer service, and products.

Formerly I had a side by side. I love this fridge because I can see everything in it. The doors close easily and you don’t need to open both doors all the time. The freezer section is very large and has a drawer that pulls out for additional cold storage. I was going to buy a refridgerator with a pull out drawer and I’m glad I did not. I would have lost room in the upper part. I still have a large drawer that can be used for large trays or deli storage.

Just got this awesome fridge delivered today. I switched from a side by side door fridge that I couldn’t fit a whole turkey or big items etc.
The only way ID take a star away if that the fridge was delivered with a dent I didn’t see from the angle I was standing at delivery and discovered later on after cleaning trays, shelves etc. I’m sure when I contact Best Buy they’ll send a replacement as I paid for a new fridge. I’d highly recommend this fridge if U need ample storage.

Terrific overall with exception to the ice maker taking up valuable space inside the fridge, but understandably the cost to having an ice maker. This fridge is spacious with large bins and plenty of door storage.

Ice Maker occasionally backs up and the freezer will sometimes frost over, but overall a good refridgerator. The icemaker will also freeze any liquid that is placed next to it on the top shelf.

We love our fridge so much! However, the service really disappointed us! When they delivered the fridge, the people who delivered the fridge damaged our floor. We talked to Best Buy twice already and nobody called us yet to fix the issue! We even went to the store to get their attention and the store manager didn’t even come out to talk to us instead the associate said that the manager is busy and that they will just get our information and details of our complain. They said that they will communicate but no one ever get in touch with us regarding our complain! So I called again and same thing, they just get our information and the details of our complain and yet again no one ever called us about it. It’s been over a month now and we are still waiting. I didn’t want to make a review like this but this is frustrating!

I like how you can adjust the shelves for different size items i buy. Never though i would like a bottom freezer, but i do & would never go back to a side by side.
