    Does its job. Food stays cold. Fits perfectly in its space. Enough shelves on doors that are adjustable for fitting bottles, jars, etc. The frig does lock for a few seconds when freezer is opened first, but in 7 secs it releases. Fingerprints are minimal

    Sleek design and works quietly. The door does open up about 2.5″ wider than the defined specification so take that into account if up against a wall

    Very loud noises coming from the motor or something. Drawers stick as they are cheap made plastic. Storage area in freezer horrible

    Not a good experience. The compressor failed in 18 months. Although it was a warranty item it took 20 days to get a Whirlpool tech to look at it and confirm. Once confirmed and agreed it was covered they could not locate a certified tech to do the work. After 2 more weeks the said they would do a same model exchange. Of course it would be another 3 to 5 weeks for the delivery. I finally convinced them to send me a check for the original purchase price and I would buy my own. So I have to live without a fridge for 6 weeks. If you buy one, make sure there are technicians available to service warrantied parts.

    We love our new Whirlpool fridge! Lots of room for groceries even though our kitchen only had a 33” space. Love the bottom freezer…My husband & I are senior citizens and this fridge is easy to fill & empty!

    The fridge is amazing for what I need. It’s spacious and I like the fact that I can adjust the shelves for what I want. As well as the many options for the shelves on the door.
    The ice maker is an added benefit as we tend to go through a lot of ice in our house.

    Got this as a floor model and was a good deal. However, the door is heavier then the fridge and never shuts the first time. I have minimal items on the door and it still does not close the first time.

    Absolutely horrible product. Have had on and off problems for the 3 years I’ve had it. Now it’s completely shot and have to buy a new one. Horrible customer service. All around DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS!!!!

    The freezer on this unit went out after 11 months and 2 weeks. Thats important to know because i also have a best buy 2-year protection plan on this item. But apparantly, that 2 year protection plan / total tech membership IS A SCAM. Best Buy refuses to service this themselves since this issue occurred within the first year. So even though I “have” a 2 year protection plan… its really only a 1 year protection plan because they are forcing me to go thru Whirlpool directly to get this repaired. Why would I be sold a 2-year protection plan thru Best Buy if they will actually only sprovide service for one of those years?!

    The refrigerator is very roomy but the shelves are a bit thin and not very deep. They could be better quality. The freezer is deep and holds quite a few items and so overall, the product is keeping things cold, very well. It could use a butter dish on the door.

    I like the refrigerator very much not so happy with the freezer, but this is the first time that I have had a freezer on the bottom so I’m sure it will just take some getting used to. It seems like you can’t see what all you have in the freezer But it is no fault of the freezer only mine The refrigerator is very large and I love the space in the doors would recommend. Is this refrigerator, but I would have preferred it in white, but the size that I purchased did not come in white, so I had to settle for stainless steel to get the size I wanted.

    We have had this fridge for a year now and love it! It does exactly what we needed it to. We wanted the ice maker but not the water dispenser for a cleaner look. My hubby is 6’4 and hated getting down in the bottom drawers of our old fridge. With this one i know if i ask him to check and see if we have something that he will actually look! Would 100% buy again!

    Nothing like a bottom freezer. No stopping for the fridge contents and cold falls. All refrigerators simply blow cold air and it either blows up or down through a simple flapper.

    Average refrigerator for a decent price. The unit is somewhat of a minimalists refrigerator. There is only an ice maker in the freezer and no fancy bells and whistles. This is what my wife and I wanted, simple = less to break, i.e. more reliable and lasting for the long haul.

    The refrigerator looks great (from a distance) and functions well. However, there are over half a dozen rust spots on the body of the fridge within a year or two. This leads me to believe that within a few to five years, this unit will become a garage fridge, as the rust spots will only grow over time. For the price point, the coating should be more durable or the body a true stainless steel. It’s okay to use a cheap grade stainless steel or other materials, as long as it’s properly treated/coated in order to ensure longevity. This unit is already rusting when installed inside a humidity and temperature controlled home. I consider this to not be acceptable given the price for a minimalists refrigerator.

    We love our new Whirlpool 21.9 cubic foot bottom freezer refrigerator. I has lots of room. It is quiet and looks great. This is my second Whirlpool bottom freezer refrigerator. Delivery was speedy. Didn’t have to wait a long time to get it delivered. We love Best Buy for appliances.

    I bought this as an open box product at the store and so far so good! Works as it should, looks fantastic in our kitchen and fits perfectly! Very sleek design. I do not hook up the ice maker feature (I’m old fashioned!) so I cannot comment on how it works but otherwise a great find.
