    Overall I’m satisfied with the new refrigerator. The one downside is the size of the freezer compartment. It’s unable to fit frozen pizzas horizontally. But it did fit in my small space. Overall does the job well.

    DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!!!

    Horrible customer service!!! My first delivery never came and had to make multiple calls to find out it was damaged. When it was rescheduled they would not do the waterline install the same day. I cancelled installation but had to call multiple times to get a complete refund for that portion. Upon cleaning the unit before use I found that it was damaged and then sloppily calked. They brought another dented unit. I had to take it as the other fridge was being removed. I called and asked for a manager and nobody ever called. Called the next day and they still won’t let me talk to a manager but offered me a discount for the dent. I have still never been reimbursed.

    The fridge is definitely not smudge proof. The main shelves can’t be adjusted for height. The sides are painted rather than stainless steel. It’s not the best not the worst but I guarantee you will find better service at any other company. They carry this model at Lowes.

    We love our new Whirlpool side-by-side Refrigerator!
    It took us a little bit to learn the adjustments we could make, ie, temperature adjustment, ice maker etc. We decided a bit smaller would be better for us, so adjusting to size, it’s working out for us.
    Love the fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel.

    iIf you are in need of a smaller fridge that doesn’t break the piggy bank, like a couple of the major brands do, then then then this could be the one for. A tad small in the freezer area due to large amount of space taken up by a poorly designed ice maker along with the interior shelf racks not being adjustable, another study in poor design. Other than that so far it has performed flawlessly and the ice and water dispensing features work better that some reviews have indicated. Not perfect but good overall when in need of a smaller fridge………

    This refrigerator has exceeded my expectations I’m so happy I purchased it. It fit perfectly in my kitchen the temperature settings are easy to adjust. My favorite features are the lce and water dispenser. However the inside of the refrigerator and freezer is on the smaller side. I wouldn’t recommend if you have a big family,

    It’s a pretty awesome fridge. I find it easier to take the soda rack out and just use the shelf for other things. It’s easier to just put the soda box in the fridge on a big shelf. The freezer is kinda small but I don’t usually have too much in there so it’s not a problem for me. It got cold really fast. The ice maker and the water despenser work great. Overall awesome fridge.

    Tight spot into which to fit a refrigerator; bought this one on reputation and size. Having done that, very pleased. This one fits perfectly, and has everything one would want from a modern refrigerator. Not full of fancy gadgets…just decent outside water/ice dispensing, plenty of freezer and refrigerator space. Was an easy install as well.

    I don’t write reviews for winning money as it’s just a lure! Because the last whirlpool fridge lived with us almost thirty years, we purchased the same model from the same company. Purchased August, 2023 and delivered in September 2023 with the freezer door defect. BestBuy let us exchanged. The exchange one came on October 6, 2023. Two weeks later, it sounds like a lawnmower when it re-cool the fridge and it sounds like a jet-fighter engine when the ice maker starts, every time they do, many times everyday. Today, we found the white stuff came out from the paint of the edges of the storages’ trays.
