    We got this to replace our old rusty freezer.

    Picked this up at the warehouse. Packaged well. Set-up was relatively easy. When leveling you will need a star tip to remove the lower front plastic panel to access the leveling legs. Once leveled plug it in and let it get cold before using.

    We had difficulty getting everything set up. The deliverymen spoke very little English, but one of them said, “hold 5 seconds,” and pointed to a spot on the control panel.

    I tried to set the freezer on the coldest setting so I could get my frozen food back in a freezer, but when I touched that spot, the freezer turned off. My husband & I kept trying different things in the instruction manual, but nothing worked. I called Best Buy, but the person who was helping me just read the same thing that was in the manual that I had. Finally we unplugged the freezer & waited about 30 minutes; when we plugged it back in, it worked.

    I had asked for the delivery men to return with our old freezer, but apparently our delivery was their last for the day and they had checked out by the time they hit the top of our street. We didn’t get our old freezer back or any other help from Best Buy.

    The freezer itself is fine, although smaller than it appeared in the measurements. The interior isn’t designed to maximize the available space.

    The freezer works nice and is very spacious. It’s pretty standard but does have multiple temperature settings and an alarm which sounds when temp increase is detected. I do wish that the alarm was a little louder because it’s very difficult to hear unless you are right next to it.

    This is 3rd review requested on this purchase. So for the 3rd time. Freezer was NEW In packaging. Delivery fine. Guys great. But they pointed out a DENT on the side of my new freezer. I don’t think they did it. It was under packing. Done when it was prepped for delivery? They took pic and said documented to boss. But I never heard a word. I have noted it in both previous reviews. I am disappointed with no response from Best Buy!

    Had an older stand up freezer that was frosted over inside. This freezer is perfect. No frosting or freezing on the shelves. Plenty of space to store all my food and then some. Excellent product for the price
