I Love my new Whirlpool Stackable Washer and Dryer. Its been great to finally do my laundry at home. By having an in store chat with Matt the appliance manager at the Best Buy in the Southland Mall, i got my unit on Nov.20 instead of Dec. 9th. Both of the men who installed my unit were the Best! The dryer felt seal had a factory defect and needed to be replaced less than 5 months after installation. Thankfully covered under the factory warranty through Whirlpool. I’ve read other reviews about loud noises caused by the filing or rinse cycles that sound like a banging. Please look up what a water hammer is. That’s what’s happening. The valves are closing too quickly. This can damage plumbing over time. My old machine wasn’t an HE model and didn’t do this. Newer machines have much faster closing valves that are more prone to this issue. Not a DIY fix unless you’re super comfortable with plumbing. The valve problems aside, it’s very noisy when sensing for water levels. Despite this stuff it washes well and is easy to keep clean. I didn’t have a lot of options due to space constraints.

The machine was not working when it was delivered. I have had 3 repair men out to fix it and it is still not working.
Best Buy is not helpful when trying to get support.
They tell me it’s Whirlpool’s job to fix it. I spent a hell of alot a money for a broken washer and still going to the laundry mat

Compact size, workhorse, though it’s a bit loud. This fits well in a tight turn 550 sq. ft. apartment unit. Dryer is fine, but washer seems a bit loud when agitating, but it cleans the clothes well, which is what really matters. All in all, very satisfied.

I like the whirlpool washer/dryer, but before it spins it can get a lil bit loud and thats the only part i dont”t like! The washer washes very well clothes always come out so clean!!! The dryer takes about 15 minutes to dry my clothes and im impressed with that!!! I haven’t had any problems with it other than the noise so far and I’m happy with it and I got a GREAT deal on it!!!

Fit perfectly in our little closet we converted for this washing machine. It is efficient, sleek looking and on the quiet side. Fits small loads only but energy efficient. You can do a load of sheets and pillow cases, just not a big blanket. Overall so happy we chose this washer/dryer!

This is one of the best appliance purchases I’ve ever made, not only does it perform. It is a whirlpool after all, but i was able to get it up a spiral staircase that didn’t have much room to work with, and it fit in my small closet and left space for other things. Great buy, you won’t be disappointed

Much too early to rate the machine excellent. However, at this point a strong “good”. The drain pump is a bit nosily, however not a major issue. The machine is an excellent choice, if you live in an apartment. It fits well into a small area. If you have only a small area, this may be machine for you.
