This microwave is just what we needed! I love that it is not big and bulky and we still have plenty of room to cook on the stove. The color is perfect and matches our other appliances beautifully. It cooks/warms food evenly. It does seem to take a bit longer than our old counter top microwave, but it doesn’t have the same hot spots that we previously had. I would buy this over and over again! Love it!

Overall decent buying experience with best buy. However you could do without the mask police at the front door. The low profile whirlpool microwave we purchased works well for the space. Looks sleek a little pricey for a microwave but that seems to be the way with low profile. Has some cool features like the touch screen is like your phone you don’t have to use pressure. To open you lightly touch and ” bink” it pops open …kinda cool ..heats food good and easy to dyi install!

The fan for venting is relatively quiet with 4 speed settings. Lighting over the range is adequate, but could have been brightet.

We bought this microwave to replace our Samsung OTR. We bought this as an open box, it definitely has some scratches, dings, dents and whoever repackaged it wasn’t paying attention. They put the wheels for under the glass plate under the microwave and it broke. The local store tried to make it right but I now have to go find and order the part. Overall the microwave looks awesome. It is quite a bit deeper then our previous one and it’s taking some getting use to. The led light isn’t as bright as our previous (2 led blue lit one). The fan seems pretty powerful and my daughter loves the button that pops the door open. The clock display is quite large and easy to read. Just be aware that this microwave sits quite a bit higher then most (slim) so u may need a stool to reach it. Overall pretty happy with it, we’ll see how it last long term.

The microwave works great. However, you have to open the door to access all but three buttons. The buttons can be very sensitive on the outside so even closing the door you can accidentally turn the microwave back on. Some other buttons, such as the light and fan buttons are not sensitive and you have to push several times to get them to work. It also shows fingerprints very, very badly. This makes it look dirty all of the time. If given the chance I would’ve purchased something different.

Wow. Whoever designed this had to be a man! Where is the stat button? its the 30sec button. This microwave has the right compact size. However, i ignored others reviews about the buttons on the inside. What a pain. You have to open the door EVERY TIME if you forget to push the buttons when it is open. Does this unit have any “quick” buttons ( ex: push 2 for 2 minutes) NO. Each time you have push 2 -0-0. I cannot see with the design, this unit lasting very long. I am disappointed. But my old one died and i had to purchase something that was available.(Covid and the shipping issue). This was my third choice and it should be yours.

Even though it took me some time to get use to how it fit over by my range, I love this microwave!!! It’s extremely easy to use and clean. While I like bells and whistles on some products, I realized on a microwave I rarely used them. The few buttons I use, are the only ones conveniently located on the outside. It also has a very modern feel and look to it. I definitely recommend if you want a simple but effective microwave.

I hate it. The turntable set-up is so flimsy. The ring it sits on must have cost a penny to make. it doesn’t stay in place.
I originally ordered a standard microwave and the delivery person said it wouldn’t fit. That i had to order a low profile. Low profiles have far less capabilities and are much smaller in cubic ft and wattage. Imagine my surprise when the next 3rd party delivery service said the microwave they were taking out was standard size. I have had a standard size for 20 years. I guess i was naive and asked the second delivery people why the last 3rd party had refused to install and said it was the wrong one. They said because they had to drill through tile to install and likely didn’t want to do that. I called and wrote best buy – no one responds. I don’t expect a response on this one either. I have had nothing but issues on three major appliances I ordered at the same time. No one person is asssigned and no one from corporate seems to care.
