    Could not load on Mac-mini. Spent an hour plus with Geek Squad and no luck. Apparently not compatible with Apple. Gave up and spent another hour getting a refund.

    Tried to load this onto my Iphone, what a nightmare going back and forth with WRoot customer service; try this, try that, try, try, try…. Not a single one thought to tell me that you need to create a NEW account DIFFERENT than your online account for the antivirus. Good grief.

    I only install Webroot. I believe in the product and it’s constant virus protection. It gives me updates after every scan. Let’s me know if any viruses are found, how my system is running. Try it. I did and i love it.

    Best Buy is very fast on getting the money they charge for, but I have NOT been able to download the product or get any help from their customer service. Worst customer service I have ever recieved.
