    can’t cancel. can’t get support. We don’t remember when we purchased this. We had to even google what the heck it was. Only noticed it because it charged to a CC that we had paid off and didn’t use. Awful service, no way to contact anyone for help.

    This is the same anti virus that Best Buy uses in their store, it came highly recommended by a very knowledgeable sales rep, Keaton, at the Tuttle location. I was very impressed with his knowledge on all the electronic items I purchased. I would definitely recommend seeking Keaton out if you have questions or need help with your next purchase, especially on T.V’s

    I’ve used Webroot for years and it’s been really reliable. I love the web threat checker where right next to the link in the search engine, it will have a symbol next to it determining if it’s safe. It’s also subtle and cheap. The one thing I wish they improved is the UI. it’s very pixellated.

    How do I really know this is doing the job. I can rate it on “ease of use”. I tried Total AV and it did eliminate ads but it was tough to figure out for a novice. Webroot is easy to run, understand and set-up.
