    It works very well all over the house. Before we would have to go to the door in order to talk on the phone because we have a metal building and a metal roof on the house that interfered with the signal from the ATT tower north of us.

    Did an good job boasting signals that were already usable. Slightly less helpful for signal that wasn’t useful. Did little to improve ping – might have showed it down. Lastly, it is only good wireless. I wish it had a connection point to connect a mobile-router or hotspot directly.

    Works excellent for rural areas set up was pretty easy you will need to buy some protection for the coaxial outside connections to keep possible water out the line make sure it’s the kind that does not block signal

    We were hoping that this would’ve gotten us a better signal, but it really didn’t seem to make it better. Playing around with the direction we pointed it did nothing. I really had high hopes for it.

    Purchased this multi room booster because we were tired of having terrible cell service. We live in a very rural area with a lot of trees, so getting good cell service is hard. We were getting 1 bar lte before installing, now we always have 3, sometimes 4 bars lte! No more missed calls, long lag times when on the internet or missed text messages! This booster is game changer! Highly recommend.

    Not satisfied. It boosts the signal but compared to another Weboost model i got for less dollars its poor. Look for a unit with thicker cables, a bigger antenna and a better designed wider broadcast antenna in the house. With this model it doesn’t cover the whole house, barely one room.

    Very good product. The only thing that keeps that fifth star from popping is the price and items that are thrown in the package without much thought to practical application. Don’t put coaxial Cable in the box, which doesn’t match the dimensions of the coverage area of the installation. It’s a waste of money. Just put not included and lower the price. If you insist on doing that, put dual end male adapters for each cable end, so they can be attached to each other. Also, if you insist on doing that, add something to waterproof the connections. Also, If the outside antenna is attached to something other than a pipe, make the bracket hinged so the angle can be adjusted for better aiming. Mine is close to on-target but cannot be fine-tuned because the half-bracket is at a fixed angle. Other than that, the product works as directed. I had to spend an additional $70 dollars on additional cables, connectors, and sealant for the connectors.

    Replacement system for a 4G system hit by lightning. Easy installation like all their systems. It’s has better coverage than the last one and works great in our earth sheltered home. This system is a must for a home like ours. 4-5 bars in our rural area, in essentially a faraday cage.

    For how much this thing was, it should be a lot better. The app isnt very helpful. The signal went from 1 bar to bouncing between 2 & 3 bars, so yes it did improve. The hardware was packaged well and they provided everything needed except for a realistic way of mounting the antenna.

    Bought booster online with Geek Squad installation. After waiting a week, Geek Squad called to say they couldn’t/wouldn’t install. Hard time returning to local Outlet. Just a bad experience overall. Went to Verizon and got better solution.

    doesn’t work, don’t waste your money or time. We messed with this thing ALL DAY thinking it was the way we installed it. Not the case, it just doesn’t work.

    My house does not receive a signal inside so I decided to try this device. The problem is there is barely any signal outside so the device only provided less than one (1) mbps download and would not perform an upload. So the device is going back to the store.

    I can make phone calls now all the time whereas i could not quite often, before installing. Internet is hit and miss, but again, that was dead before. I may try to get a small tower set up, to get the antenna higher. I don’t know what the sq. ft. coverage would be with a good signal, but mine doesn’t even reach over half my home (home is 2164 sq. ft.). Maybe that’ll change with a tower.

    Live in a rural area. We used the app as stated to find the nearest cell tower, cut down trees to have clear shot to nearest tower showing in the app. Even went as far as getting the climber hunting stand to put high up on a tree and cutting all limbs near the antenna! Checked the app again the it was showing the signal for the nearest tower was in the opposite direction! I called customer service the were rude and absolutely no help. Most of the time we got better service when it was unplugged!

    Works mostly as advertised. I could only get one to two bars outside and one insides the house. After installing in the peak of my attic I now get three bars inside the house. If HOA would allow exterior antennas it would probably perform even better. The coverage inside isn’t as broad. Overall I am pleased with the unit.
