This is second WD ULTRA I have purchased. Currently have the 2 TB version. Installed it with no effort, on lines in a matter of minutes. Currently have backup with no problems. I might also add I had no problems with my first WD and I have no reason to think I will have any problems with my latest WD Ultra.

I returned the Passport Ultra 2TB External Portable Hard Drive as I unable to understand and follow the instructions for installing the item. I found the Microsoft cloud backup was easy to install and works well.
