    Works like any other External HD. I have not used it much, but it hasn’t given me problems.

    Everyone should have an external hard drive. This is a good investment if you have photos, documents, etc. that you don’t want to take up space. Easy to transfer to and from the external hard drive. Can fit in your backpack and doesn’t take up space. A must have!

    Nothing easy about this. Iv’e installed th software, the driver, expanded my settings, still can’t save to it. This is ridiculous. Just want a hard drive I can back up my computer to. Didn’t think I’d have to spend an hour setting it up to do that.

    I bought it on sale to do spot in time image backups. It being 4TB it had enough space to do 2 Desktops plus 2 Laptops. If you back machines up they will never fail. If you don’t, something will break and you will be trying to recover.

    This is my backup drive for my desktop computer. It is small enough to sit on top and not be in the way. It has enough space that I can put downloaded programs (*.exe files) as well as my Windows 10 backup files on it and not worry about running out of space.

    Looked like a nice little drive. However it failed with the clicks of death within 24 hrs of the first use.

    I would have been happy to have a replacement, but Best Buy insisted on having the old one back and I had already copied confidential data onto it – so I didn’t want to surrender it. So I’m out $110.

    I’ve bought about 10 hard drives from Best Buy over the years. No problems before this. Oh well …
