I bought this during the summer and assembly was not a problem for this 55+ woman. I wanted to put the heater to use before writing the review. It was cold last night when I got home. I immediately turned it on and within 15 minutes, I was comfy. It is not noisy. The ‘flame’ is realistic which I adore. I am really glad that bought this. Although I knew this at the time, I really wish it came with a remote.

Product came broken. I have been waiting 3 weeks and still do not have an answer from the manufacturer on when Or if I will receive the replacement piece.
Response –
Not impressed. Took a while to put together, a couple of nails came out after a few attempts to screw back in place, and the top was not secure. Could be operator error, but just didn’t feel that great about the product.
