    Very easy to use for my mother with Alzheimer’s. Downsize is having to purchase the other 2 ones which I don’t need and the talk back volume is very loud and no way to turn that down. Other than that great and easy to use!

    Has no dial pad. Can only be used to call a few specific persons.

    My wife uses this phone because most phone contacts are hard to use because of the gray screens making it hard to read. This phone gives her quick access to four most called numbers.

    Great for the few people that are always calling when you’re not by the base phone or the separate portable unit that comes with the base. They can also be used when intercom or page is needed.

    The item was delivered as promised, however when I ordered I did not realize that you could only have 4 phone numbers in the automatic dial process. The product was in excellent condition, but I needed to return it. Best Buy did an excellent job on the return, and I will certainly buy from them again
