Not too many 2-line phones around non-commercially so this phone is a great choice for small businesses needing a second line. Easy to use and set up, no issues so far.

The initial installation and hookup of this 2 line system with the 5 stations I added was really very easy. The whole system works very well and I have had no issues whatsoever since I installed a few months ago. The only improvement I’d like to see is the backlighting of the line indicator keys and the off key, otherwise 5 stars.

Does everything that I need; a two-line phone with attached answering machine. Sound is clear and it’s nice to find a cordless phone with these attributes for a good price. Getting to set separate answering machine messages for each line is a nice touch as well. Recommended.

Had to replace my old 2 line phone system. I’ve had Vtech phones before, so I was familiar with them, This system is easy to set up and easy to program. I like the fact that I can set up the answering machine with a different message for each line, and I can listen to, and save or delete messages from the handset! This system has more options than my old one, at a much more affordable price!

This 2-line phone system is great for a small office setting. It has more than sufficient time for recording a message on missed calls. Each line has it’s own mailbox. Speaker button makes it great for hands free talking. The handsets also have a jack if you want to use a headset. Sound is crisp and clear when talking on either line. You can add quite a few handsets to it, I believe up to 12. Great phone for the price!

Trying to find a 2 line cordless with only one hand set is like looking for a set of hens teeth!! Works great, crystal clear. Has more features than we need, easy to disable what you don’t need. I will be purchasing another.

Crystal clear reception on speaker phone and base speaker, even w/ volume on low settings. Many phones no longer come w/ dial-in base, so phone was selected for this reason.

I have no need for internal voice mail, but it took one button click to disable (first thing I did). The function might be useful for shared phones.
Con: Software somewhat complicated and difficult to program.

I must have higher standards for the sound quality of a telephone than other reviewers, because I don’t find that this phone is particularly good. Some calls and many messages have a crackly, unclear quality. I also find the feel of pressing the keypad buttons is less than ideal. I miss my old corded phone, but needed one with two lines, so had to switch. I’m rather disappointed in this Vtech phone, but for the time being will live with it.

Once I received this new phone system, took a little while to review the operation manual, and get it set up, but now that I have it up and functioning it is doing a Good Job of answering calls when no one is available. Still need to make some final adjustments to the many functions it is capable of doing, but am very pleased with this purchase. It replaced an older Radio Shack 2 line telephone answering system. Glad I could find one that wasn’t an arm and a leg in cost factors, and works good. Thanks!

I had to replace an old 2 line Radio Shack digital phone, and this was the only one I thought would do the job after searching numerous web sites. So far, so good. Takes a little while to get used to a newer 2 line phone system, but this one seems to work really good. Can get messages from anywhere, after setting things up, but have not had any need to add any additional hand sets….yet! Came with one handset only. Recommend for any small business with 2 phone lines with Internet connection on 1 line coming in.

Had to replace an old 2 line desk phone and decided to buy the Vtech. Bought this phone for the wireless handset. The range on this phone appears good. I have found two items that kind of bother me. The keys on the handset are a little more difficult to use and callers have told me that they have trouble hearing me when I’m using the speaker on the base. 2 line phones are limited and overall this seems to be a good phone.

I really wanted to like this phone. It seemed to have a lot of great functions but overall it was poor quality. It started to be really static-y a few weeks after I plugged it in. When pressing the buttons, the beep would delay and there was an echo. I tried to return it but because it had been more than two weeks, I was not able to. I was told that my only option is to bring it to a BestBuy store and turn in the warranty. I’m disappointed and it was a waste of money.

I recently set up this new 2 Line Phone System. I am using one line for my personal phone and the other for my business phone. I like the idea that I do not need 2 separate answering machines, since the base unit allows me to set up an answering machine for both lines.
