    I have a household where landlines are a must. The age of everyone is 60+ and they all described having a hard time seeing the details on the screen of the phone. My mother in particular disliked that the phone base would not say the name of the person calling,
    Had to return it.

    I bought this to replace our last vtech which we had for years. The setup was simple and is easy to use. I would of liked it to be a little phone tech orientated and that is why only the four stars. I would recommend both Bestbuy and the phone based on my experience

    This is the forth Vtech telephone set that I have bought….thi model is lacking some features that I had with the previous model I owned….on an incoming call it does not tell you who is calling;ring tone is poor andhard to read display!!!!!!

    I one of the few that still have a landline and haven’t been able to find one that has the features I need. VTech fills the bill and it is great for the price. Highly recommended.

    very poor volume, no voice caller ID, main screen is not legible,
    poor range from base unit, voicemail functions are extremely
    limited, wish I had not even bought

    I have had a different VTech phone for many years, so I wanted to get the same kind due to the familiar controls and settings, and the durability and quality. This phone did not disappoint! I love the three handsets and although the buttons are arranged a little differently that my old phone it has all the features I have come to use and love!

    We are replacing a set of VTech DECT 6.0 phones, this model is essentially what we have. The screens are cheap, the speed of scrolling through the phone book is tediously slow.

    These are a serious downgrade from the previous phone with the same series number.

    The sound quality is not nearly as good. And the screen brightness is below usable.

    Not recommended.

    I have had VTech before and i don’t know why i changed but i now have them back and they are the most reliable phone on the market right now.
    They are nice and easy to program and the sound of the peoples voice is very much clearer then any other phones that i have had in the past.
    Thumb’s up on this phone which I would recommend to everyone

    I bought these to substitute my old Vtech phones. They’re pretty much alike, only thing I don’t like is that the sound quality in speakerphone is not that good.

    Good phones. One comment: The photo that they use to market the phones make the screen backlight look brighter than it actually is in daylight, and it’s not adjustable on this model. But, overall works as described.
