    I am enjoying my new phones. It was easy putting them together and connecting to my computer. Since I am hearing impaired, I can hit the button to hear a voice on the other end, loud and clear, I can hit the CID button to check missed calls. I highly recommend these vTech phones to anyone looking to buy home phones.

    I had this phone for almost a month , this phone doesn’t connect sometimes or it will read phone connected to another line I get an attitude after the phone not connecting to the number that I dialed so I think maybe this phone is defective, this is not like all the product that I’ve purchased at Best Buy for the last 12 years …..Sincerely still your Loyal Customer

    Does not really take messages. You have to have a messaging service for Voice Mail to work. Can not set the number of rings. Instructions are vague and hard to understand. Took back within one day of actual use. Don’t buy.

    “Speed dial” is not offered. Have to scroll through entire phonebook to find number you wish to access. Process is cumbersome at best. If one button dialing is important, look elsewhere.

    If you still have an old fashioned home phone hard line with a wall outlet mount, this phone is for you! Plus, it has a second, satellite phone to place anywhere. The phone receivers are both wireless. The base unit can sit on a counter or mount on your standard phone wall mount jack. Mine fit perfect. This unit can use your provider company’s voice mail. It works perfect for me. Great unit! Highly recommend! Go for it!

    I was disappointed that this phone didn’t have the answering and messaging feature . I call ed manufacturer andwas told it was an old model . They suggested i bring it back. I decided to just live with it .
