    Terrible phone system. I ordered these for my 87 year old mom and they constantly make loud noises then hang up. She’s had the issue since she started using them. Unfortunately, she didn’t hook them up before it was too late to return. She’s in Mississippi and I’m in Connecticut so I couldn’t hook them up for her.

    They are to complicated. The sound is inadequate. The only thing I like is they have a limitless amount of storage for spam #’s. Storing my #’s is more complicated than my other phones and the buttons are stiff. The phones seem to shut of after I have been speaking for a period of time as well. Maybe it’s just mine. I run a people business so I spend as much time with ea. client as they want.

    My granddaughter set up the phones around my house, and I love having one handy wherever I am. I also like the voice identification of the caller since I am in my 80s and there are so many scams taking place for seniors as well as the call block feature. The large numbers and easy to read face is great. My cudos to the designer.

    VTech Does not let you down. Phone calls or crisp clear. Any adjustable volume is excellent for those with hearing concerns. The fact that you have five phones to plug into your home. Makes it even a better product.

    Great landline telephone was perfect for our home phone. We prefer keeping our landline in the event of bad weather/tornadoes. Sometimes the cell towers are damaged enough and we lose our phone connections. These phones with the 5 handset are good for our house. The volume is just perfect and clear for us. We are elderly but not done living.

    I bought this item because I needed five phones to cover the living areas of my house. After installing all five units, I four working phones and one that does not work. Can I swap out the one bad headset for a single headset that you sell. I don’t want to have to uninstall the whole system for one headset?

    The phone book is not the first option in the menu, and requires scrolling through the menu, and finding specific number is not intuitive, however.

    Fabulous phone system!! Blocking all the robo calls and telemarketing the phone doesn’t even ring!! Only way I know is I see the light blinking on top of handset and a missed call.
