Fan is noisy on everything but the lowest setting. The lowest setting is pretty light, the high setting blows a lot of air, but is noisy. Middle is a balance, more noisy that I’d like though. Very concentrated flow of air.

This Vornado – Personal Fan – copper does what it needs to do. It cools me enough on hot days. Note it is NOT a big fan so it is not going to be extremely powerful but it does do the trick.
