    I bought this for a Christmas present. Said it was compatible with my vehicle. I get a call from Best Buy and the insaller said he didn’t know if he could do it for my car because he never did my type of car before so I returned it. TRASH!!

    Bought this because the best buy web site said it would be compatible with my car. It isn’t. Tried to talk to install dept at several best buys and no response. Tried in store to talk to someone, good luck!

    Great product. This is my third car that one has been installed. Definitely won’t use anything but Viper. Never had an issue!!!

    I had a remote starter on another vehicle and loved it. This one is not impressive . Really disappointed. Need to upgrade to get a good one. Should tell people in the beginning . The install was not done after 4 hours. Had to pick it up the next day.

    Words cant express the gratitude owed to all the Manahawkin employees.Nick even expeditiously called me back when there was a simple human error with starting the car when it was driven back home. The piece of mind knowing my 4 year old little girl no longer has to ride in a freezing cold car during these frigid temperatures is indescribable. Thank you BestBuy

    The remote comes with this set is useless, I had to upgrade to different remote for it to work. If you like Viper Remote Starter then I recommend you to upgrade to two ways remote with 1 mile range then it is ok, Amazon sells for $80, BestBuy sells same remote for $199.

    Be very aware that if installed incorrectly this will cause your car to glitch. I have not had this in my car for even 3 weeks!
    I have a push start engine. Princeton, NJ location incorrectly installed this causing my car to have every emergency light go off while driving! I was also unable to put my car in reverse or even turn it off without going to a mechanic to help me. They had to remove it before it cause anymore damage to my car. Worst driving experience of my life.

    If this happens to you while driving be careful! I turned my car off and back on and this caused me to be unable to go in reverse, park and have the ability to turn off my car. Learn where your emergency brake button is!

    And Beyond satisfied with this remote starter. Everything has been working great with it since I got installed. I’ve had no issues in the installation was very professional. The gentleman who installed this was very knowledgeable. He educated me on my system after installation very thoroughly. I would recommend this to anybody that is buying a remote starter for the first time for their vehicle.

    Website says 1hr/30min – was told 4 hrs to install upon arrival
    Told I needed another part – I am not sure why this would not have been mentioned when I purchased the remote starter.
    Typical big box store.

    Installed by Best Buy on 12/12/23. Stopped working on 1/11/24. No support from Viper, must go through Best Buy. Location who did install will not return calls. I would not recommend to anyone.

    Bought this gift for my wife for Christmas and her choice is to wait 2 months to have it installed an hour drive away or try to return it. Then we check and they say it’s no longer returnable. Not cool. Don’t buy an install from Best buy for your car. Clearly they are under staffed and sell more than what they can reasonably handle.

    All the wires/Box were left hanging on the floor and not tuck back in.

    Best Buy Installed a remote start that I purchased from them.

    Did not turn on heat or defrost, only started engine. (2016 Honda CRV). Customer service or the tech who installed (and uninstalled) was excellent though and I got a refund.

    so far i cannot give a fair review as this system is not working. the Geek Squad either did not put it in correct, or mainly they never showed us how to operate the remote; therefore I am very disappointed with the whole system.
