Installation scheduled for Monday. Installer said we needed a conversion kit for propane though I was told by salesman we did not. Sorted that out on Tuesday and installer returned on Wednesday. Installed and left without thoroughly checking performance. Burners would only reach a low level. More checking with Best Buy, local Viking rep and installer on Thursday. Installer returned on Friday and finally got it right. Cooktop works well but it isn’t rocket science to hook it up and shouldn’t have taken three tries to get it right.

My wife was working with electric. No more with this Viking has range. She is happy and the cook top is working flawlessly.

Love, love, love my new cooktop. A little pricy because it’s a Viking, but so worth it!

bought this for a kitchen remodel to replace a 35 year old Jennair cooktop. SO far it has lived up to its name. having an extra burner is really nice.
