    This is a great monitor for the price paid. I have one purchased in 2010 which is still used every day. Viewsonic has the best warranty and builds a quality product. I hooked up the new one via HDMI which the new monitor has but here is the rub. Viewsonic sends this monitor with VGA and DVI cables but no HDMI cable. Who uses VGA ( analog) cables anymore.Your first choice would be HDMI since the cable carries both video and audio. Your second choice would be DVI since this carries the digital video but no one is connecting VGA/analog. I had a HDMI cable so I used what I had but the VGA cable is worthless and you just throw it away. Viewsonic needs to wake up and include in the box what the customer will probably use to hook the monitor up. Otherwise hook up was simple using HDMI cable I had and the picture is awesome.

    Great options to connect to computer. I use the HDMI. Sharp, fast, great colors. Enjoy the extra size. I pair two ViewSonic monitors for more space to view multiple programs.

    Have had two of these screens for 3+ years, and installed numerous with my clients. All worked out of the box with no failed pixels. The speakers on these screens could be a little more powerful, but it is sufficient in no noise environment. It beats having additional speakers on your desk.

    The screen is gorgeous. It was not easy setting up. I had to admit that. The buttons were initially not working and I had to go to the internet to search! I bought this because I wanted sound in my monitor. I know many said it was bad, it’s fine to hear simple things. For music..of course I will use my stereo. But I really am happy with it!

    Screen looks good. Don’t even bother with the directions. You only have to plug the screen in, install the HDMI cable and turn it on. Right click on your screen, choose ‘display settings’ and choose what you need from ‘multiple displays.’ No need to download drivers according to tech support. And you don’t have to register it as best buy does it for you.

    I am very happy with this monitor. The size to me was WOW! Bigger then I had, and I’m very happy I went up to this size and not something larger. I can fit more on the screen but it’s still small enough it doesn’t take over my desk. It was a bit to bright but it’s very easy to adjust.

    I do like it. The screen is beautiful, size perfect. I knew the sound was bad when I bought, it and they were right. You can barely hear a thing. I was hoping they were wrong. I just did’t always want to use my stereo speakers. It was VERY hard to adjust the screen etc…still is. So I just left it! When you want good sound just hook it up to your stereo like I do.

    Solid gaming monitor. Has the HDMI input needed for my PS4. Even has some sound output but you’re better off using a headset or adding speakers via aux.

    if you’re not into high end photography, video or gaming – this works fine. the speakers are terrible – but that’s to be expected.

    This is not what I wold call a high end monitor but it is being used in an office environment for fairly simple tasks. The quality of the display is pretty darn good and there are enough menu options to tweak the display to the needs of the user. Overall, good quality for the cost.

    The monitor is fine, but I had to scramble to buy a HDMI cable when I discovered the 2 unlabled cables were VGA and DVI (there is no DisplayPort as far as I can tell). It’s hard to believe in late 2022 they would include a VGA cable but not HDMI for a computer monitor.

    Product does not match description. Description says “DisplayPort VGA, HDMI, DVI” The details specs however say it only has VGA, HDMI, and DVI. The pictures of the device match the detailed description, no DisplayPort input. REPEAT: This devices does NOT have a DisplayPort video input even though the description says it does.

    Great product for the price. Excellent clarity and sharpness. Quick response. Wish the speakers were a bit better. But for small speakers, they are adequate. If you are fussy about sound, invest in separate speakers.

    What was in the box was not what was ordered or what the box was showing it to be. I literally ordered the same monitor I previously did, but when I opened the box, it contained two power cords and a screen replacement for a much larger monitor that appears to be used with some rust around the frame of it and it was wrapped in cling plastic. I got ripped off… I did not order either a returned or open box item either, but a new one.

    This experience makes me question if I should continue to order things from BestBuy.
