Took this record player out of the box and was immediately impressed with the look and could not wait to get it on my shelf. It also connected instantly with my Sonos devices (receiver and speakers) to play my favorite records throughout the house.
Highly recommend this product to anyone!

I already had a multi-room Sonos setup, so when shopping for a turntable, this caught my eye because it didn’t require me to invest in additional speakers. The setup and connection with Sonos is super easy through the Victrola app. I can control the system volume on the turntable itself or using the Sonos app. Since I’m streaming to my speakers I can put the turntable anywhere I like which was great since I didn’t have a good spot for it in my living room.
Overall the sound quality is really great and the auto on/off controlled by the arm is a great feature. I have experienced some dropped connections, which happens with Sonos, and I assume if I hard wired it to my router it would solve it.

My new Stream Onyx delivers what I’ve always wanted in a turntable – to sync with my Sonos! Super easy, step by step setup on the Victrola app. Clean look, crisp and true sound and a stylish design make it the perfect addition to my living room. Love it!

Great design and easy setup! Love the look, very sleek. Super easy to connect to my Sonos speakers. So happy with this purchase, I can now listen to my records in any room of my apartment.

Two things I miss, the cueing arm, there isn’t one. Someone like me with shaky hands will miss that feature that was standard in turntables of the past. The second in the dust cover is ridiculous. You must fully remove it for use ( and my wife complains whereever I set it down. In the old days we simply lowered the clear hinged cover and it remained protective over the record.

Victrola should be ashamed to charge this
Much for garbage. This was way cheaper quality than an Audiotechnica for less than half the price. Even if you want it just for Sonos, don’t do it. The connectivity is spotty. No auto play, manually place the needle. The dust cover is just a slap in the face. Returning after two days.

Awesome item! Bought this for my husband for his birthday, and he absolutely loves it. It was super easy to set up, connects easily with Sonos – and works seamlessly within our household Sonos system. A nice sleek look as well that blends in seamlessly. Quality is great, and I would absolutely recommend for those looking for premium sound quality and an easy add-on to the Sonos ecosystem.

Works flawlessly with existing Sonos system. Easy to setup and looks very slick! A bit pricey but for a Sonos enthusiast, this is a must have.
AlexanderC –
The quality of the sound it produces is phenomenal, but the fact that if can’t wirelessly connect with with any kind of speaker except Sonos speakers is a really limiting feature.

Horrible Bluetooth connectivity, returned product to store.

The overall look and feel of this device is good. It is made of quality components and is generally a solid little turntable. However, the software used to integrate this into a Sonos environment has not worked a single time. Given that this is a major attraction point to this device in comparison to other ones, it’s unfortunate that it does not at all work.

For years I was looking for a option for my Sonos system. All of the breaks the bank except this one. You just need this player, no amp needed or cables. Is the best solution.

Works great. Like how it works through my Sono’s sound bar. Was surprised that it doesn’t have automatic return on the arm when done playing. Player does shut down when done playing, but arm is all manual. Also had to make some slight adjustment to get needle to stop skipping. Need a little knowledge on using apps on a mobile phone to get through the setup.

I absolutely love, great quality. Work great with my Sonos system

It seems cheaply made. I get the impression that i could pretty easily peel the finish off. The cover, like others have said, is a bit lame. I’d love if it was a more typical hinged design, but instead I have to remove the whole thing and find somewhere to keep it while the player is in use.
All that said, I think it’s worth it for the Sonos integration, which usually works fairly well.

This was a painless setup and easy to use with a phone once it is setup. The one thing it is missing is a dust cover to protect your vinyl while playing

This is a great way to use record player with the sonos system.. Game changing

This turntable works really well with the Sonos system but the app can be a little finicky at times when you are first learning to use it. I had to return the first unit I bought because it would not connect to the wifi or Sonos. The second one works and I am enjoying playing my vinyls all throughout the house.

Worked well for a few minutes. We tryed multiple surfaces the player set on, we tried multiple records and nothing worked. It would play for a 1 to 2 mins and then went to skipping. I trouble shooted multiple thing and nothing worked. We made an appointment to get it fixed and the geek squad rep said to return it so we did.

Love the Sonos sync but the Victrola app needs some work. Connection sometimes falls off and causes Sonos to skip.
The surface protector is not designed well and isn’t convenient to store when player is in use.
Paid the original launch price but wish it was ~$200 less for what you get.

I was a bit apprehensive to get this unit, but am so glad i did. Its worked perfectly out of the box. Ive had to adjust some things, but ive got it dialed in now. We had people over for a holiday party and it was so nice having music from our vinyl collection in every room.
BKCC –
Great vinyl player, easy set up. Dont pay too much attention to the negative feedback around wirless connectivity. Why would you purchase a system that says plays wirelessly to Sonos without Sonos and then complain it only works with Sonos?
Turntable –
Works well with Sonus speakers. Good sound and easy to install

Looks great and easily connects to my Sonos speakers!

Great sound and extremely easy to set up and use .

Spinning a vinyl is a classic way to listen to your favorite music and Pairing it with Sonos Speakers culminates into a truly exceptional experience!
StephanieF –
Love it! The only thing I’d say is I wish you could stack albums like the old days, and that the needle/arm would automatically return to its holder at the end of an album. Sound/quality is fantastic but sometimes takes a bit longer to synth with your Sonos.
Josh –
Works as says, if you have sonos, it’ll connect WiFi
Sonny –
Love this turntable. After 40+ years using my Technics SL-1800 DD turntable, I decided to modernize. I love the connectivity ease and ability to utilize my Sonos speakers around the house with this quality bluetooth-enabled turntable. Nice cartridge needle too 🙂
Eddiej –
This is a beautiful addition to our system. Our vinyl had been just sitting and collecting dust. This has been our smartest purchase. Connected so effortlessly with our existing Sonos system and our old school Onkyo amp setup
CharlestonFit –
When it works, it works great. However, half the time, it does not find my SONOS speakers. The app for Victrola is clunky and outdated. I am debating returning, it was a large expense for a product I am constantly trying to finagle to work. Not worth the frustration.
KoriS –
Bought this because it syncs to our Sonos system. Sounds incredible!
