    Opened the box and removed all the packaging. Everything worked fine except for the record player…the main reason this was purchased! Reread all instructions and made sure everything was done correctly. Still not working. Nothing worse about christmas than giving a $200 gift that doesnt work! Its a shame too because its a beautiful unit. Its going back to the store, but i already know that this unit is no longer in stock,so if i want the same item, im gonna have to wait until they can get it to me!

    Not sure why this has so many good reviews. I guess if you’re not going to use it for vinyls then it could be cool with the cd, tape, and radio functions. But the record player part is very cheap, all plastic, skips like crazy, and there’s no counterweight to even attempt getting it to stop scratching and skipping all over the place. Returned after one day and got an Audio Technica turntable that performs perfectly for just $50 more.

    This is such a fun stereo/record player. I love that in addition to being a record player and a radio, it also has a CD player and A CASSETTE player. My kids loved looking through my old cassettes and playing them. The speakers are much better than I anticipated. I am happy that the sales person recommended this record player and that I listened to him.

    Unit looks and performs well. Speakers are not high enough fidelity suggest purchasing extra satellite speakers with sub. Purchased Klipsch units and they work marvelously with this unit with the RCA out option on the back of the unit.

    I would NOT recommend this product. The record player part is defective.

    Upon first use, everything sounded fine, even records sounded great. Upon SECOND use, the record player plays too fast. It makes the songs on vinyl sound like Alvin and the Chipmunks. And yes, it was on the correct setting.

    I contacted the manufacturer, and they quickly shipped out a replacement device. The EXACT SAME THING happened with the second unit– first use sounded great, but on second use the records spin and therefore play too fast.

    Everything else works fine (CD/Cassette/Radio/Bluetooth), but if you’re looking for a record player, I’d recommend a different brand.

    Beautiful design fits well with our decor. My daughter got it for Christmas and loves playing vintage and modern records. I really loved showing her how to find radio stations on the dial! Lots of features in a simple and sleek package.

    So far the system is working great. I haven’t used it extensively but the audio sounds great both through the built in speaker and through an amp to external speakers.
    It looks great, also, and we got compliments from family members who have seen it.

    Although it is a great product, I went into the store looking for a device that would serve as the source for my music and utilize a Bluetooth component, like our sound bar. I was assured I had chosen the correct devce. So, after some thought, I ordered it online and it was brought to my vehicle quite seamlessly. However, after we vbrought it home, we found out we made the wrong purchase.
    Your staff was very helpful during our return process.
    Best Buy is still the top of the line when we need electronics. We look forward to continuing shopping here.
    I know we won’t “win” the gift card, however we look forward to our next shopping experience there.

    Product works well with exception of connecting with bluetooth to my stereo which is fairly close to the record player. The other issue is getting it to not try to Bluetooth connect once you turn blue tooth off as it sometimes tries to reconnect a couple times when you are using the built in speakers. My only other issue would be I saw it at FYE for $50 less a few days after I bought it. I like the look of it, nice wood cabinet, and like having the options for radio, cd, and cassette tape also built in

    Incorrect answers on questions. This will play via bluetooth speaker bar if you get an hdmi/aux adapter (just make sure u have 1 hdmi port). I have the Signa S2 BT speakerbar and it works fine with adapter. The BT speakers usually have an hdmi port and the record player has an aux port- just get the adapter for BT- I can also use it with my entire surround sound speakers as well, using rca cable- must have a receiver for that. Great record player especially at the sale price. Plus BB is great if you have any issue.

    Fully satisfied with this product…The sound is great it really gives off the old school feel with modern day technology. Very loud can really fill a room with full sound but also classic enough to set the mood for a romantic evening

    At first glance, this Victrola could be your standard generic music player. However, it holds quite a bit of power for such a device. It is somewhat heavy, but that is due to its sturdiness. The speakers are above average. It won’t win any audiophile awards, but it is quite enjoyable. The turntable is easy to use, and doesn’t require a person to have a degree in turntablology. This was a gift and my niece loves it in her college apartment. A+

    The first one was Damaged. Front large Dial cracked ,chip of wood by turn table broke out, Second one very small chip by turn table broke out. we keep this one works well
    Best buy returned it and ship the second one no cost.
