    Bought this to use with my tablet when traveling and for if there’s ever an outage with my home WiFi. Great product and has definitely come in handy. Easy to set up and easy to use.

    Got for the Verizon network. Connects easy, good sped as long as you are getting good service.

    We had AT&T DSL service, and it was horrible. We got this JetPack, connected it, and immediately cancelled AT&T because it works so well. The only problem is with a prepaid account, you get a limit of data. If you run out, you have to pay extra. If you don’t use all your data, then you lose it.

    Although not 5G this hotspot performs as advertised. We are snowbirds and our location for the winter has an acceptable Verizon 4G signal. Setup is as simple as possible and the unit has provided reliable internet connection including some occasional streaming. Additionally, I have not noticed any significant temperature issues even leaving it plugged into its charger, however, we are not heavy wifi users so this might still be a problem for some.

    I love this device! Great way to have wifi wherever you go. I basically just use it to have wifi in the apartment I’m renting and with all the security features you never have to worry about someone else stealing your wifi, just make sure you get the best deal from Verizon!

    I purchased this for our RV to have Wifi. Had to purchase a plan didn’t get 2 hours of music on Alexa before being notified it would slow down. Definitely not worth the money. We were unable to watch a single movie.

    I live in a rural foothill community and wanted the Jetpack for 1 security cameras. Verizon offered a plan for $20 per month but the service was so intermittent, the security camera were worthless. Do not buy, complete waste of money!

    I have had this device for the past 6 months. It works really good as far as streaming services go. I have an older tablet and my streaming channels of,; Hulu, Disney +, and Prime load movies or shows smoothly.
    Only trouble I have had is that I get kicked out of WiFi and have to refresh to log back in randomly. Overall, it works for what I need given the range I currently reside at.

    This device is great but service wise as usual data with Verizon tends to drain quickly. 2 days in and I got an alert that I’ve used 50% of my data and I’ve only used this thing to set up my brand new HP Inkjet wireless model smh

    I love this little thing! I take it with me everywhere. I had to get it through verizon. Its fast and works great. Just like any type of device that connects to towers it will have its times that the signal isnt that great and it slows down the speed. But i love it. Gets hot but it doesnt affect anything.

    By purchasing a single MiFi Verizon Jetpack, I was able to activate this baby up to My Verizon account and runs well. While $199.99 may be a bit expensive, it could get at least a discount since this hotspot device was released in 2019.

    This device is very slow. You should get a 5G device. With Verizon the max down speed should be 10 mbps for 4G but this device only achieves 5mbps down and 2 mbps upload

    I have the exact same one already at my camp in Vermont. It manages all of my Ring cameras and provieds enough wifi for a full family and guests. I am using Verizon unlimmited plan which means only 15 Gigs of high speed. But even after that is used up and we watch a movie it still plays with very limited buffering (like once or twice) for a 90 minute movie. We are not gamers so i cant tell you anything about lag times. I just know that it works great for our needs. I am purchasing an additional one to see if it will meet our needs at home before i drop Comcast internet. I already dropped cable and just stream everything in both locations with a Chromecast device on the TVs. I pay $20 a month for the verizon unlimmited line for camp and $80 for comcast internet at home. Wish me luck!!

    Battery doesn’t last very long unplugged. Verizon doesn’t offer unlimited date for this device which is big downfall for our RV living. But it works good when streaming a movie.

    I bought this dongle as I am working from home and decided to go on a road trip with a bunch of friends where I will be needing hot spot to stay connected at work whenever required.

    Its a bummer that its only Verizon. I haven’t explored if I can make it compatible with other networks. It would be great if it can though.

    Pros
    The connection was super stable. There were no increase in latency or drops in connection. Definitely the best decision and investment when it comes to this dongle.
    You can setup guest networks too.

    Cons
    Dongle heats up a lot.
    Little nitpicky on how it is being charged.

    I live in a very rural area. This device works so, so well. We love. And traveling it comes in handy for the kids to use their devices that need the Wifi. I love this little device. I don’t know why I waited so long to get. Love It!!

    I needed a hotspot for my laptop that I also purchased with BB. The salesperson advised this item would work with the laptop. I was also advised the item would be set up with the laptop; all I had to do was bring the hotspot in since it was ordered. I brought it in. I was told BB did not provide the service to connect the apparatus. The salesperson was not at the store. I went to the phone provider as directed, since the hotspot had the same brand name. They would not touch it. I went to BB to get a refund. Wasted my time.

    Jet pack is the way to go when traveling, I just ordered it and Best Buy added it to the account and just powered it on and you are ready to work.
