unfortunately, I’m giving this a low rating due to the fact I got about 3 uses out of this product before it stopped working. I bought this product because of the great reviews online, from videos to written, yet it seems I got a faulty product. I’ve used it correctly, filtered water, kept it dry, yet, the water cabin seems to leak out through the bottom, rendering the product useless. I missed the exchange/refund window, thinking it would somehow work before then. Sad to say that it hasn’t.

Great product. It does what it’s supposed to do. Not a good option if you don’t have finger nails to get under the lip of the tank to open it. I was a little confused at first on how to remove the tank. I have to use both of my thumbs to gently slide the panel up.

Great small facial steamer. This does not take up a lot of space it’s easy to use and it works. I have noticed my skin texture changing after only a few uses. My skin gets really dry especially in the winter months and my moisturizer was not penetrating as well as it should. I use every night with my skin care routine.

I really love this item. It was a better price and delivery date than Amazon. I use this almost everyday, what with steaming my cleansers or moisturizers. The one drawback, it is a littke hard to get the water tank off.

stopped working after 3 uses. when is did function is was great but unfortunately i got about two weeks of use before it stopped all together. the instructions have no tips for trouble shooting, there doesn’t seem to be a user error or solution to whatever it wrong with it. I ignored several reviews saying something similar.
