I would give 5 stars, but the order was not complete. It did not contain the tools pictured, which was needed to change the battery. My order arrived 3 days early, which I was excited about. But when I opened it, it was just the battery. Bestbuy did refund $5 so I could order the tools elsewhere. Once installed, the battery was charged @ 60%, and quickly charged to 100%.

Overall the battery works! Just curious and will like to know why the tools to change the battery are shown but not included! I’ll suggest the picture should be updated to portray just the battery!

Me being crazy I ordered this and didn’t even fit my phone because I got the wrong size but if it did work it would’ve been a great purchase for the price and everything.

I don’t understand why advertise this battery with a replacement tools. It should say not included on the pictures and the title. Now I have to return it. Waste of time.

Just as so many have said, why show the tools with the battery. I expected the tools also. Fix the misleading picture.

Need to replace a battery and it worked perfectly.

can not be installed on newer (7) or later iphone without expensive device (heater) to melt adhesive. This is how the phone is waterproof. We found a repair shop that did the install for $30. Easier and cheaper to get it done at a shop, Geek Squad would not touch it.

I bought online a Battery for my iPhone 7+ from which I purchased through a reptible source best buy they made me an appointment after sending product to Best Buy Store went in on my appointment day as Scheduled they couldn’t find my Battery! I waited for them to search they finally found it and yet to tell me they couldn’t install the Battery in my iPhone so after waiting at least 30 minutes through the entire process they tell me it was purchased through a third party they refused to install my Battery‼️‼️‼️❓❓❓❓❓❓❓I just could not believe what I was hearing !!
