It was awful. I only bought these because the set I bought online was not there when I got to the store, the. The store looked up the ones I bought at another store and I purchased it and went there and that store could not locate the item. The manager was worthless and ignored me when I wanted to know why they sold it and held it if they did not have it. The nice lady that helped me was great, the store manager has zero business being in his position.

This is the best headset I have ever used. I had Astro A50s and High end Steel Series. The Turtle Beach 600 Max is more user friendly, and, in my opinion, has a higher sound quality. The charge lasts a long time, as well.

I have previously only used Logitech gaming headsets for PC gaming. My last set was getting a bit ragged, and my wife noticed and bought me this headset for Christmas 2023. When I opened it, I didn’t have the heart to tell her that I only buy Logitech because they have always been awesome. The positives: incredible battery life.
The negative: the microphone is garbage- my friends tell me I sound “clear” but “tinny” like all the bass was sucked out of my voice. Of course, now it’s been 4 weeks when I finally decided to exchange them for a new Logitech set and the Best Buy app tells me it’s passed the return window. Bummer. Guess I’ll be the tin-man for the next few years.
