    Bought this to use with a Nintendo Switch. Worked great for about two weeks…now the microphone doesn’t work at all, which is the reason we bought this in the first place. We’ve had better luck with Hyper X brand.

    Excellent sound quality and design. I’m giving it 1 star because the cord is ridiculously short. I’m appalled at all you guys who left 5 star reviews. This cord is like 3 feet long. My computer is not that far away, and the cord hangs in front of my face the entire time.

    Turtle Beach, can you guys send me an extension cord, then I’ll bump up my review to 5 stars, because everything else about this headset is perfect.

    What were you thinking my dudes. I say this with respect, but this cord is extremely short. I’m so shocked. I’ve never seen this before with any headset. This is insanity.

    My honest opinion about these gaming headset is poor quality. My son were very disappointed about these headphones. The bad thing about it is red is his favorite color and the last time he brought some gaming headset he wanted some red ones but he had to get green because they didn’t have red, but now that he finally brought some red ones they didn’t last long at all. He saved his money up so that he can buy them and he took them out the box and within two or three days the silver plug in piece that you plug it into the controller broke/bent.

    Cheap and get the job done. I bought 3 of these for my nephew’s switch’s and they were used heavily for about 1 year before the issues started. issues like mic delay, aux cord no longer working, audio coming in only one ear, etc. but for the price it’s not a bad deal.

    For the price these are not bad at all. These arent for your proffesional gamers, but for kids these are excellent. Being wired you don’t need to worry about charging them ever either.
