    Shopping online on the Best Buy site is a breeze. Picking up is usually pretty easy because the people who work there actually care and have brains. Only downside is the minutes arrive to your personal email and the Samsung is reliable and fast but typical Samsung that’s not an S series def needs case! Not a good burner unless you set up email first. We need more privacy from govt surveillance even when we do nothing wrong bc it the American way. Small govt minding they own bis.

    I love it, but it does take a while to get used to all the features. I had trouble tapping the phone icon to answer calls. Turns out you have to stroke the icon, not merely tap it. I still haven’t learned how to set up voice mail.

    I needed a secondary phone for my business (I have an iPhone) and recently, TikTok has started with “apple fees” when running ads for businesses (and self-promotion). I have a marketing business and was not going to run a $50 ad just to have a $40 fee for using my iPhone. This phone was a great alternative to bypassing that since I run ads for multiple clients.

    My Samsung Galaxy A51 fell into water and couldn’t be revived. I needed a temporary phone until I could get one permanently from my service provider. The Best Buy sales rep suggested the Tracfone – Samsung Galaxy A03. It was a great solution with a non-renewable Tracfone service for a month.

    You definitely get what you pay for with Tracfone and the Samsung A03s.
    Tracfone has near ZERO customer service. And failed to follow through on two of their most recent significant promises.
    They say that “the third time’s the charm”. Let’s hope so, since I’m on my third replacement A03. The first, when I got it home and opened the box, had hair clippings inside! It was literally covered with brown nd gray hair! The second phone could not read the Sim card. After having tried a few possible fixes I found via online tutorials and an exhaustive completely frustrating “Customer Service” experience with Tracfone, I returned it for a third phone. So far, so-so good.
    Now to the phone itself. It is v-e-r-y slow and far less intuitive than my last “Ole Faithful” Samsung that lasted nearly five years.
    You get what you pay for, right?And so on that note I should be pleased and I am because if I had spent more and still had to jump through as many hoops as I did, trust me, I’d be livid.
    Kudos to the employees with BestBuy!

    I’m not happy with this phone. It’s cheap and glitchy and doesn’t work very well, even though it’s brand new. It was only $60, so I guess I should have known it was a bad choice. I looked for more expensive trac phones, but the $60 one was the best one they had. It takes FOREVER to download an app or do any system updates, It takes FOREVER to start up once you turn it on. Venmo was so glitchy on it, that I gave up and took that app off my phone. I should have asked the BB staff if they had better trac phones somewhere else in the store, but I didn’t realize it would be such an issue. If I go back to BB in the future for a new trac phone and they don’t have a better one, I’ll leave and buy the phone from another store.

    I bought my new cell phone and am still getting used to it. I like everything I am learning about it, so far. My “contacts” are still a bit confusing tho’. They don’t seem to want to sinc up with my computer. But everything else is great, and I’m learning new things about it every day!

    Bought this to replace my mom’s LG phone. It’s a pretty basic phone, but that’s all she needs since she just uses it for actual phone stuff, like calls and texts with the occasional photo. They’re really cheap now, so I’d definitely recommend it as a starter phone or for someone who only needs to have a basic phone.

    I was disappointed that there wasn’t a sym card included with the phone. The box did not state that a charger needed to be purchased separately.

    Three stars only because I’m left handed and hold it in my right hand. The volume control is on the right side. The power control is also on the right but under the volume, and it’s indented which makes finding it with the thumb difficult. I’m a low-tech user and it’s a good phone.
