I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. I was looking for a simple phone to give my mother that is not tech savy. This phone was very easy to setup, added all her contacts and she loves it. It very easy for her to use and the battery goes for days.

My priorities were easy to use, make and receive calls and texts, have access to a map while on the road, and low cost. Does that and more.
Bought a minutes card at BB, but it turns out it was a re-load card.
Had to set up an account with Tracfone, buy some minutes and then add the card to it.
Very happy with it so far. No complaints.

The phone is too complicated to set up for a prepaid but works good

I bought this phone because my ex smash my iPhone 13 Pro with a baseball after attacking me. This phone is great to make calls and that’s about it. Texting from this phone is a pain. If you need a burner phone this is great.

Decent quality for my grandmother. A little difficult to set up other than that it does its job.

I own both a full featured Moto Smartphone AND this new basic Nokia 2760 “dumb phone” that’s really not so stupid. I now use the 2760 as my PRIMARY phone and the smartphone is demoted to use in secondary situations that demand I need a proper smartphone’s abilities (which is not too often in most people’s reality).
The 2760 is nice, simple, and very affordable in both the phone ‘s purchase price itself and the available Tracfone Basic Plans which offers up to a year coverage in length (compared to those overly fancy & too pricey flagship smartphones that you still mostly make calls & text on-unless you are always actively doomscrolling). This flip phone’s not having large touchscreens plus it’s ability to physically fold in over the keys & screen when closed also makes them more durable and resistant to impact, which means they last longer than smartphones. And being a 4g/4g LTE phone means that it will not need to be replaced for a long time-at the very least in the year 2030.
For only $20 bucks, its a great emergency or secondary back up phone for most everyone. You never know when you might need one. It both limits one’s online access, and still be able to connect, text somewhat-in T9 style-though a bit painfully. Which could place a nice buffer to only text if it is really needed. Texting to this phone displays the full message onscreen like any other fancier devices do. Which I find that is more important.
Preloaded YouTube, Google Maps, and even Google Search is included in this phone-though a bit more cramped/limited than in a typical smartphone or other more sophisticated devices. Data usage via Tracfone purchased plans can be stretch out far more compared to more sophisticated devices. Wi-Fi is included, too as another option. Plus other features are include like a torch/flashlight, calculator, app store, camera, video recorder, plus some other unexpected features.
So If you need only an inexpensive phone or a backup…….This will do the trick.

Low quality. Hard to use. Avoid purchasing this. The set up and instructions are painful. Get an iPhone instead.

Works great if you need a basic second work phone.

Purchased for my husband who just wanted to be able to make calls and didn’t want a smart phone. Didn’t keep it long as we later decided we wanted a phone that would allow us to make calls via wifi as we have no cell service where we live
JeffreyW –
Very efficient and simple to use flip phone. Great for kids first phone without social media
WilliamG –
Could be a little louder, but overall very good phone
user136788 –
while quality is very good it is not actually a “prepaid” phone until you shell out more money. a bit deceptive
Bluey –
I bought this phone for my dad he never owned a cell phone in his 78 years. His car broke down a couple of weeks before i got him this phone he will be using the phone for emergencies. So far so good.
Melcena82 –
love this cool phone I can send cool pictures hear music.
TedH –
Bought as a temporary phone to make a few calls and for texting. It was adequate for those things, and sufficient for reading email, but not much use for web browsing or for navigation with Google maps.
So: it’s a good phone for the price, but not a good replacement for the smartphone I was used to. I would recommend it if you just need a cheap phone for calling and SMS.
Chula –
The phone works perfectly but the pick up location was not friendly at all and lacked customer service skills i will not be going back to the newnan store
Dsuthar –
Bought this for my grandmother. It does exactly what we want it to do. Simple phone with simple buttons.
ChewE –
Back up phone. Easy controls. Most phones are computers these days, but this one is not.
JamesK –
Easy to buy. Easy to return. I didn’t need it, so I returned it.
JulieS –
I bought this flip phone for my 80+ year old father to use for emergencies as he does not really like carrying a mobile phone and using one is challenging for him. The price for this was right as he will only be using this for emergencies and only leverage the voice call function.
PhillyKat –
I bought this phone as a gift – a necessary one – for my mother who is not into smartphones.
The challenge initially was that it REQUIRES online links to set it up, but it does not contain all of the necessary symbols that I now use for exceptionally higher security on my main internet access point.
The solution it seemed is that I didn’t need to change my main password, but was able to use my IoT network – changing the password THERE to work to link this phone for setup.
Once it’s set up the internet is not necessary to keep it working.
This is where companies should REALLY think about the CUSTOMER they are selling this device to… because many who buy FLIP PHONES are more likely to NOT have internet.
To require internet service to make the phone work – for a FLIP PHONE – seems like an idea that will likely frustrate a few people who VERY SPECIFICALLY want a FLIP PHONE because it’s low tech.
The need for more design thinking and USER EXPERIENCE specialists is required for companies who should make the assumption that some people looking for LOW TECH want it for a reason.

Its a good phone and easy to activate! I love it so much!!
Ab12 –
I’ve been using Trakphone for years. It’s so easy to use and it’s inexpensive. It satisfies all my needs in a phone.
AA123 –
The basics work well. Takes a little time to send a text per usual. Youtube works great. The map only gives you step by step directions, but it does not automatically guide you as you change location.
JackD –
Quick easy purchase with simple activation. Ease of use.
AlfredoP –
Ana was just fantastic! Top notch customer service. She is competent, super kind and helpful and an super energetic. You should pay her well and promote her – she is a star and makes Best Buy shine
Diukn –
A nice working flip phone. but it is very slow to place info in the cell; furthermore, the battery runs out quickly. It works appropriately. Have not taken any pictures with it.
TamaraS –
Good little phone for someone who doesn’t need all the smart phone features. Easy to use. Not the best quality in pictures though.
SusanJ –
I bought the Tracfone Nokia 2760 because it is a simple phone to use and is small and easy to carry. It is great to have when you just need to call someone or for emergencies!
Barbara –
Have signal now; with smart phones; no signal in this area. Fits in my hand. Pleased!
Bettttieboo –
Works great for the purpose and for the price of the product
DanielA –
I don’t want my kids to have a smart phone, but I do want them to contact me so this is the perfect phone.
Demster16 –
Perfect for an older gentleman to use. User friendly.
KristinaK –
The phone is nice for a flip phone. Bought this for my dad and told him to use it for phone calls only. I got lost trying to find everything to set it up. It needs better instruction material for which screen the items are in. Took me a few hours to navigate all through it to find basic stuff. Slow going with that cursor. Their customer service is crap.
Blake –
Great phone for my parents who are not tech savvy. Easy to use and big numbers
PaulC –
Basic functional flip phone! It is just as advertised.
Katie –
Easy to set up and use. Great price for a simple phone.
MichaelD –
I got this for my son cuz he keeps breaking the other phones so I figured the flip phone will help him a little bit he hasn’t broken it yet
user633639 –
It saved the day when I lost my cellphone. I was able to switch devices and call around to lost and found. I still use it as a backup device.
AnaG –
Excellent buy, just want I was looking for. I have not used it yet, hoping it will work correctly.
JustinV –
The phone construction seems cheap but for the price it is a great beginner for son entering his teenage years. Easy to program and operate if you have patience. Good deal for the price.
Tyler –
This phone has kai os. It has youtube and browsing capabilities. Sadly no expandable storage.
nkpm –
Nice standard flip phone. Easy to use and buttons are large which is good.
RedSoxboy –
Gave up after several attempts to activate. impossible to connect to the internet, could not get it to work, too much effort, not user friendly. Look somewhere else!
KathrynC –
Poor product. Horrible service with trac phone never will purchase anything that has to do with trac phone again.
user649149 –
Good for older ones, camera slow but they don’t take much pictures so it’s okay.
Barly –
Phone was excellent for the money considering it is just a flip phone.
