    After purchasing the phone, I discovered that the battery was non-removeable which doesn’t appear to be listed in the specifications or features of the web page. So like most things in today’s world, the phone is disposable when the battery goes bad.

    It is a nice phone. It moves as it should. Only moves slow when using 720 pixels or more.

    For $30 it does what it needs to do. We got it as a simple “house phone”, so we really only use it for calls and text which have worked without issues.

    very slick looking phone. but when I got mine, work for a week, then stop. so, for about 8 days did not have a phone. was planning on returning it! changed my mind. because for some reasons it starts to work, after a while that is.. all I want was port my number to the new phone. so porting its easy said and done. all and all still like the phone, works just fine now.

    The phone broke the same day i got it. I was riding my bicycle and my chain popped i didn’t fall but my phone dropped out my pocket and brike instantly. I was so upset

    Nothing spectacular. It works and serves a purpose. The external speaker sounds a bit “tinny”, but I wasn’t expecting anything more that what I got because the price was right.
    I will keep it as a back up in the event that something happens to my primary phone.

    My son is old enough now that he needs a phone. With the $ 15-a-month call and text package, I can make sure I can always get in touch with him but he doesn’t have unrestricted access to the internet. But I can also download some games so he won’t be bored if we’re out and about.

    I wish,I could get to use my phone fully. I have been left since Monday , I woke up not being able to text anyone, or makes calls. Someone or some thing caused my phone to be inactive

    I am not happy, i bought these at Christmas gifts but they cant be activated. I was told that they need to be scanned because they werent properly scanned before they were sent to me. I have to deive and hour to the nearest Best Buy to have them scanned before my babies can use them.

    This phone is garbage! From the word go! Don’t buy it walk past it, I had this phone 10 days and missed 15 phone calls. I returned the phone and I lost the money on the phone card for the service, so be very sure you want this phone. I lost out on $42 bestbuy does not return money on cards.

    Possible terroists bought multiple burner phones under my account. Last year they went to Best Buy and did the same things with remote devices and no one responded. I tried calling Homeland Security and the FBI in 2 states and no one responds back to me. Maybe posting this will bring some attention to this issue.

    I am pleasantly surprised by this phone. My iphone 15 took a crap and I needed something cheap I could text and do social media on. This phone did not disappoint. Yes you can tell it’s a cheap phone but in a pinch it’s great. Will keep on hand for future phone emergencies.
