   It is larger than my last phone but it does have a nice and pretty accurate camera and is very very to set up to retrieve your last phone’s contacts and email addresses when you link tbem. I really like it. It is nice and not heVy for it’s actual size.

   Does not work in my area. Bought if for my husband’s birthday, which is 11/29 so I let him open it 11/12 and it doesn’t work and I can’t return it

   Not scanned correctly from store creating massive issues with inability to use and very poor customer service responses. Order Nov 7 , rec Nov 9th , still unable to use product. 10 chats later, 1visit to store 45min away, 1 manager phone call back still no resolution.

   Actually, I’d rate it about 4 1/2. It’s a great buy on a Samsung Galaxy. It’s locked into Verizon and for that it’s $100 off. But that’s where I would go anyhow. The phone could come with more complete instructions. I’m a new Smart Phone user and it’s like handing this to a cave man.

    The phone was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Everything works fine. Concerning the phone, it’s not the fastest processor but does well for the price.

    I didnt realize this wasnt a verizon phone, went to exchange/refund and they told me i was out of return date. Now im stuck with a phone i cant use. Will never order again from best buy

    Well first of all I wasn’t aware of the fact that TOTAL by Verizon had nothing to do with VERIZON. Second when I tried to activate the phone, I received a message saying “the phone was NOT scanned”

    The item itself was fine. However, I was buying a prepaid Verizon phone and ended up with a total by Verizon which is a TracFone operated company. Thus for, I had to return the phone so therefore the experience was not that great. Total by Verizon and Verizon are not the same company. Your employees need to know this so that when someone is buying a prepaid phone they get the right item for their cell company
