    This is a great little radio/music station, and I’m glad you can still buy them like this. I mostly use it for listening to radio in my apartment and Bluetooth from my phone. It works great for both. The remote isn’t phenomenal with registering from different angles, though it’s not horrible. It has a bit more bass and punch than I’d prefer for my thin apartment walls but honestly I’m nit-picking.

    Nice compact shelf system with enough power to fill our grand room with sound. EQ presets are convenient and work fairly well. Bass is ok, but a subwoofer option would be nice. Good value for the price.

    Not up to par with other units on the market. The speakers are of poor quality, base is mushy. IR remote control to the unit is not the best, must be a direct aim to the receiver port.

    Nice inexpensive bookshelf system. Sound is good although not high quality. It will be used in a study so it will meet my needs. I haven’t been able to pair it with a Bluetooth speaker. I’ll keep trying.

    This Toshiba speaker system combo set is great! I love that I can use the radio or cd or blue tooth from my phone. Very compact that I was able to put on my bedside table. I placed the other speaker at the lower side of the table. The sound is very good. I just don’t know if there is an option to save my favorite stations.

    Great sound for a small unit. Perfect size for small apartments with limited space. Only problem is the CD draw doesn’t stay open long enough to put CD in sometimes. The remote has to be directly in front of the unit for it to work. Bluetooth works great. Overall I’m happy with this unit.

    The entire point of going back to CDs would be to have a better listening experience over streaming. This is not the answer to that. Im not 100% certain about the hardware and amp im sure they are weak. The speakers were just a complete let down. Very little bass whatsoever and they could barely fill a medium size office. I found straaming to my Bluetooth speaker to have a better fullness and richness. This unfortunately met none of my expectations and I returned it.

    Holy Cow! This setup is compact, great sound, and belays the aesthetics of a way more expensive system. I am a critic, but this exceeds my expectations. Nothing complicated, easy to set up.

    Was very happy with the purchase of this Shelf System, it has a lot of great features, It has Bluetooth so you can play music from phone or in my case my Ipod touch, it can also play music from an USB drive, also if you are old school, you can play CD’s or even an mp3 CD, overall a nice shelf system.

    Very nice book shelf stereo system. I wanted a mini stereo receiver/ cd player that would fit nicely on my home entertainment tv stand. This Toshiba is a perfect size and the sound quality is great!

    This sound system is great!! Absolutely perfect if you want to listen to some tunes or hook it up to a PC and play a video game or watch a movie. The radio works very well! Gets only FM stations however so please keep that in mind when making this purchase. There are many sound quality presets that this sound system offers which is great for me. Sometimes I don’t want as much bass. So it’s great to be able to control that!!

    Stylish, functional, and easy to use! The only reason not 5 stars is the speaker wire connectors are specifically shaped to plug into the back of this unit only. To use my own speakers meant some wire splicing, but it still ended up working fine

    Great unit for the price. Sound is good considering the small speakers, especially if you set the equalizer to “rock” mode. Also has a wide range of features (Bluetooth, USB, etc.) that you wouldn’t expect to find on a lower-priced ststem. Can’t speak to the durability since we have only had the system for about a month. So far we are very pleased.

    This little system is a great deal. They used to sell it in the store next to the sony, jvc, etc… which looked good and had good reviews…until you compared their sound with this and there was no comparison.

    This small stereo has the sound quality of a much larger, more expensive stereo.

    Stereo has Poor sound, feels cheap, features are hard to figure out, programming not good. Have had better for less. Stereo sound quality is not very loud, max volume is not high

    Sounds good. Disappointed in the adjustability of the EQ. Did not see pre set in description. Remote is pretty small and not the easiest to use. But the sound is good in our house and that’s what matters

    I love this Toshiba Combo set because it’s just the right size. Not big not small. The sound is fantastic and very clear. I was looking for a cd player and the fact that it also is an fm radio and has Bluetooth capability is a win!

    I was initially surprised by how light the box was and equally as surprised by how tiny the unit actually is. The buttons on the front of the unit are small as is the remote, which took some time to adjust to. Overall, I am pleased with the sound and like that the CD loads via a sliding tray.

    This system didn’t function for the main reason I purchased it. Only the FR Radio Station worked. I was unable to get the CD player to work. I tried several top quality CD’S and none of them worked. I was very disappointed. Only my return of the system went well when I returned it to the store.
