I dread vacuuming because it can be tedious but there is also a physical aspect to it, schlepping a heavy vacuum all around the house, up and down stairs. Then there’s the frustration of plugging it in, trying to keep the electric cord out of the path of the vacuum and Switching plugs as you go from room to room, trailing a 25 foot long cord behind you. Well, you can forget all that with this cordless vacuum. Dyson might be the company that put cordless vacuums on the map but this Tineco takes the concept and does it better but for less $. That’s all you need to know.

Very happy with this vacuum. Purchased as a replacement for the Dyson V7 – far superior product. The double battery is a game changer and also the ability to adjust the power level as well. Also the attachment to clean the filter is genius – keeps the vacuum working well and in top shape. The overall look is sleek. I also appreciate the multiple attachments – a couple that were not available/included in the V7. I am a happy customer and have already recommended a couple of people who have purchased it.

I’m very pleased with my new Tineco S12 EX Stick Vacuum. My beloved Dust Buster of 11 years finally quit. This Stick Vacuum comes with one attached, 2 batteries, hangs on the wall and has so many useful attachments. The Light on the front of the Stick is Amazing! It shows every piece of dust. My carpet is very thick, so it’s so-so on it. I purchased this primarily for my Hardwood and Tile.

Really SUPER DUPER stick vac..Have been disappointed with several others, but this one really shines bright….So MANY attachments too…The battery life is OK, NOT GREAT…I normally have to switch to the 2nd battery to finish my apartment…That is my ONLY disappointment…Other than that, it’s great…PLENTY of power….Easy to empty also….

This vac really works. It’s almost embarrassing how much dust and hair this thing will vacuum out of what I previously thought was a clean carpet. I bought the Pure One S12EX as a quick convenient cordless, light weight, backup to our regular name brand, corded vac. Wow, were we surprised how well it works. It’s now our go-to vac. Attachments are well made, and fit well. Battery life is very acceptable.

It seems to be working great so far be too early to give it a 5 star. I’m wondering why it didn’t come with enough places to stow all the extra tools that comes with it. It all hangs on the wall nice and neatly and holds 3 extra attachments but what am I supposed to do with the rest of the tools?
There is one other thing to keep in mind is a power source. I ended up going in the attic and found a junction box and tapped into it. Then we were able to fish a wire down the wall and into the closet where we wanted to store the vacuum. Something to think of if you were building a new house.

So I researched at length and debated between a Dyson v11 or the Tineco PureOne S12 EX. Spend time watching YouTubes, reading independent reviews and the Tineco edged out for following reasons
Smart technology to sense when to use more power was a huge selling point; Extra removable Battery, multiple Stage HEPA filters; Extra Attachments, Wifi /App to tell you when to clean unit and tell you were issues are, and finally price was almost $300 dollars less.
Best Buy delivered it quickly, unboxing was a breeze. Everything was packaged well and securely properly. Batteries were 3/4 charged and I was up and running with unit in less that 10 minutes.
Its light and versatile. Wheels are rubber so the don’t scratch my wood floors (in contrast to the Dysons that have plastic wheels). Unit has a brush head with LEDs that I was thinking was gimmicky but it REALLY does help! That is was the point that said, ok I am keeping this unit!
This is my daily vacuum cleaner. Its does a great job and now part of my rotation for both wood floors and light carpet cleaning!

I really wanted to like this vacuum, but I ended up returning it. It came well packaged and appeared to be of good quality, but it just frustrated me to use it. The battery life was decent because of it coming with 2 batteries, but I just didn’t feel like it worked well on my hardwood floors. It seemed to constantly get clogged and would just spit out all the dirt all the time. When it got clogged every 5 minutes and won’t suck up kitty litter..I had enough!! I just wasn’t used to that. This was my first cordless and it’s dust bin was way too small. I had to empty it too much to get simple jobs done. It had cool technology, but overall I was just not impressed. I don’t care about the technology really.. rather have it just work right.. I realized that I was more satisfied with a corded vacuum instead. For the $600 dollar price tag, it should of come with the soft hard floors roller. I tried to see if I could order that item, but it was not available and an extra $100. I might have had a better hardwood cleaning experience if it did,but I just couldn’t justify paying more and not being absolutely thrilled with the product in general. So disappointing because I really researched it and watched all the videos rating it higher scores. I’m just gonna keep my shark apex and buy a bissell crosswave wet vacuum.

After doing a lot of research I purchased a Tineco PureOne S12 EX in February 2021. All I can say is that it has been Excellent! Our house is 95% hard floors, but we do have some area rugs. It cleans them all very well. The vacuum is quiet, powerful, and lightweight. The powered brush heads are slim enough to fit under most pieces of furniture which makes cleaning under beds, sofas, and tables a breeze. Battery life has also been excellent. We can clean our entire 2,500 sq/ft home with power to spare. The 2 included removable batteries are awesome. My wife and I highly recommend this vacuum.

Very pleased with this vacuum. It works well and the battery life is good. I use it primarily on hard wood and tile floors. The tools are easy to switch to make life easier when cleaning. The dirt bucket, while small looking, holds a decent amount of dirt and dog hair. The product is top heavy, so leaning it against the wall for a minute or two to move something to vacuum under becomes an issue. It almost fell to the flow a couple times, so watch out. I never owned a Dyson, but after I read several other reviews comparing the two, I’m glad I bought this one.

Love this Tineco! It is absolutely amazing and makes cleaning easy and fun! I have used it at home and used it as a handheld unit to clean the inside of my cars. Definitely worth Ruhr investment. Did a little homework before settling for this product. I highly recommend it!

If i could give 0 stars I would. The machines motor doesn’t work. it stopped working after 3 months and I have never been able to get a refund or get the company to honor it’s warranty. Was never damaged by me or mistreated. The motor cuts on and off, when it stops it drops all debris that has been picked up.

I really just bought this item because it was on sell for black friday. It was cheaper than the dyson and offerred an extra battery. I love that it small and compact that i can ise it to vaccum jeep, and the house. Way faster and lighter than my last vaccum. Its a good investment.

Really Good Value at sale pricing, which happens often. For the money the vacuum is way better than my Dysons I have Owned. Definitely not a quite vacuum. the brushes and wheels are loud, that is my only complaint. other than that the mounting for charging is nice, 2 batteries is nice. Also you can actually buy filters for 25 bucks not like the dyson boot leg amazon ones that cost double. Customer service was quick sent me a link and purchased the filters for back ups from them quickly. They also include this hair removal tool thats awesome. Hair still gets caught in brush don’t be fooled there. but the tool makes removing a breeze

It’s alright for what it is but I was disappointed in the battery performance. I mainly wanted it for getting in corners and little small spots. I tried it on my carpeted area in my house and it was hard to push. I honestly preferred my little 89.99 shark to this model. If I had not got it on sale i would definitely have returned it.

I absolutely love this vacuum clearner. The attachments are so easy to change out. I have to empty it often and that lets me know it does the job. It work great on pet hair. It has a 2 year parts and labor warranty and I purchased best buy additional warranty for no worries if anything should happen. I highly recommend this vacuum.

I’m still ambivalent about this vacuum – I had high expectations based on various reviews and it hasn’t lived up to them. Overall it’s nicely designed but the build quality feels cheaper than the Dyson I replaced with it, particularly the moving parts in the cleaning head. It does pick up fine dirt very well, particularly from low pile carpet/rugs. The collection bin is small and awkward to open & close, enough so that I’ve dumped a pile of dust all over the floor a couple of times already. I really liked the fact that it came with 2 batteries. The removable “prefilter” gets dirty very quickly – they recommend cleaning it monthly but I think it’s necessary to do it much more often, almost every time I vacuum. The prefilter cleaning device is silly/unnecessary – it just sucks the dust out of the dirty filter into a clean one! Seems much better to just wash/dry the dirty one. I thought the front lights were a gimmick but now I like having them – helps to see where the dirt is in poorly lit hallways/under furniture, etc. The charging station is pretty solid but doesn’t have space for all of the attachments. I wish it had come with the soft brush/hard floor head, which I just purchased for an additional large sum from Tineco since my floors are mostly hardwood and the multi-purpose head is not great on those surfaces. I will reassess the S12 once I try that. Overall I’d say 3.5 for now

I use this regularly in place of my heavy duty Kirby sweeper. It stores easily, it’s easier to use do to it cordless portable nature and works well on my wooden and carpeted flooring.

We got this vacuum to replace our Dyson that broke and it feels a bit heavier but still does a good job of picking things up. The auto feature and light are great! Since we’ve only used it a handful of times so far we haven’t tested all the attachments yet. However, the battery life on this vacuum has been great!

When used as a handheld there is a fatal flaw. The exhaust air flow blows forward so if you are trying to vacuum up light debris like dust bunnies the vacuum actually blows the debris away from you before it can suck it up!
