We have had challenges with this oven since the beginning and now both the ovens went out. I called today to see if they could fix it, but because it is 1 month out of warranty, I was told no. I had read that in other reviews, but ignored the warning. Hopefully, this review will help others to seek out a different brand that supports their products and you won’t spend many thousands on a brand like Thor that doesn’t.
