Thinkware camera equipment does not perform as described. I purchased two different models with store installation. Both had great picture quality, when the camera function worked properly. Unfortunately, both cameras were undependable. I ultimately discovered the Thinkware product technology is substandard and only works intermittently. Ugh. I was very excited to purchase the Thinkware brand and did not invest the time necessary to properly research before my purchase… so my experience was a lesson learned for me (twice). Don’t be fooled by the higher star “fluff” reviews that appear legit.. the camera function is not dependable and may not work when you want it to. Save your money and time.. choose a different brand.

If you want an OEM look and sleek profile, this is it. I have Q800 and linking up is the worst experience with that product. Fortunately, the bluetooth 5.0 allow having a thinkware more bearable. Faster link up and the welcoming message is more pleasant than previous models.
