I got this from a bundle and its benn year and a half I don’t have my bundle delivered. I am not given an estimate delivery date and no solutions other than to return. If you are willing to wait 2 years buy Thermador from Best Buy. Otherwise don’t waste your money and time.

Super disappointed that after just getting the new Thermador kitchen suite 2/2022, the Thermador lettering on the downdraft now reads as “Thermado” w/ part of the a missing. We take really good care of our appliances and would never have expected this shoddy material from a company like Thermador. I hope that we can get this fixed.
