DownDraft –
today I had a technician come to the house to measure our exsiting setup to confirm if the telescopic downdraft we already purchased would fit. The sales person came to the house and measure and advised it would fit with no problem, however, today’s technician says otherwise.. 4 starts not to the tech who came out, but to your process that seems a little out of order

It’s impossible to review something that’s never
Been installed. I have 5 appliances sitting in my garage. No
One ever came to measure and when they came to install
there was always a problem.
