First I need to appreciate the customer service of Best Buy. They have improved drastically and go out of their way for customer satisfaction. Specially the Princeton NJ – Pacific sales store. Twice I had to exchange big appliance as I was not happy with them and they did it with a smile.
I bought this cooktop because the Kitchenaid i purchased earlier was badly designed. It had 5 burners but you could never use more than 3 because of tight space between them. This Thermador has excellent layout to fit 5 pans at the same time, really easy to clean and burners are really powerful. Its way more pricey but I am really happy with it.

I like the way burners are positioned! Very convenient to actually use all five burners at a time. The star shape burners distribute heat evenly! Two reasons for 4 stars (and not 5) is that 1. small burner is not as small as I’d like, and 2. This stove is EXPENSIVE.

I got this from a bundle and its been year and a half I don’t have my bundle delivered. I am not given an estimate delivery date and no solutions other than to return. If you are willing to wait 2 years buy Thermador from Best Buy. Otherwise don’t waste your money and time.

The cooktop it self is very good, but they did not bring the conversion kit and we had to wait three weeks before we got it installed so we could use the expensive cooktop

We love our Thermador stove top. You can’t go wrong with Termadore. It cooks everything beautifully. This is our first stove top. We had the range in our last home. We had all Thermadore through out our kitchen. Amazing customer service.
