The Thermidor products we purchased look great and function fantastically. I’ll purchase was made with no problems at all. Sales people were very helpful and informative, able to answer all questions without any problem.
OCkitchendesigner –
Refrigerator itself is a beauty. Built In. Spacious, well designed unit.
Thoughtful details.
Only negative is installation: complex, difficult, poor tech support. Thermador ?
Jake –
Fridge looks and works great. We love it and would buy again
Biba –
Most beautiful and practical fridge. I get some many complements. I used to lose food on my old standard fridge, but now barely any food goes to waste. You can see everything you have. I love it!!

We’ve had the refrigerator for 5 years. It has been reliable but the freezer design and ice maker are horrible. Ice spills over into the back of the freezer, preventing the door from shutting. The only solution is to remove everything, take out the top drawer, and use something to get the ice out out. We need to do this at least 1x per month. It’s ridiculous for a $9K appliance.
